Pretty much everything. Tertti is a very pittoresque place, a country manor surrounded by lush garden and city forest. It's about 7km from the city so it is also very peaceful. Staff is welcoming and nice, food is excellent and in the summer everything smells of roses and lilacs.

Unfortunately the restaurant appeared to be closed outside the season. However the lady at the reception helped us very well by making a reservation for us at a bistro in town, which was very good.

Fairly basic chalet type accomodation It has charm and beautiful views .. Very nice breakfast.. 15 min drive into town for restaurants . Mikkeli is a fairly basic industrial looking town. Bed sheets were not very comfortable.

Everything. My third stay in this wonderful place. I had the opportunity to attend the Grand Christmas Buffet, which I would highly recommend. My stay was a delightful experience all round.

The rooms, especially the bathroom, could use some updating. The soundproofing between the rooms is not great: if the neighbors are quiet, it’s not an issue, but if they are noisy, it can be quite disturbing.

We received a very warm welcome in a quiet and well-maintained place. The breakfast was truly exceptional, and the staff was very kind. Kiitos :-)

Some more services would be nice, since the location is pretty much in the middle of nowhere. For example, no staff is present in the evening. It is possible to order some snacks in advance, but would be nice to be able to get some warm sandwiches or food (or dessert!).

The property and location are very nice. It’s a peaceful place, great to relax. The breakfast was perfect, with tons of local products and really showing quality.

It is a lovely historic property. A perfect example of an upscale 19th Century farm that makes a wonderful setting for the services they offer.

Only quibble is black tea could be served at breakfast instead of strong green tea. Tv remote in room isn’t work that well.

The muffled chattering of guests next door was audible through the dividing wall as I was trying to get off to sleep, but not otherwise intrusive.

My second visit to this lovely place. Elvisa was a superb hostess and Annukka a superb chef. Don't miss the breakfast omelettes. I look forward to my next visit.

The bathroom is a bit small. I like sleeping with an open window and the room did not make this easy, so I ended up opening up the small window in the WC. In the spring it is a bit muddy right in front of the hotel building. A paved road from the room to the restaurant would be nice :)

Lovely dog-friendly location on a farm, on a lake, right next to the highway on the way from Helsinki to Kuopio, great stop over point for longer trips up north. Our room was nicely decorated, had a balcony, there were treats for our dog. The breakfast was served beautifully in a beautifully decorated space with a glass terrace. Onsite parking. Space for a short on the property stroll. Our bathroom had heated floor and a new quality shower head.

Overall stay was really good. Arrived during dark and lighting made whole area good looking. It was very cold outside (-25c) and room were just a bit cold for my taste but there were provided additional heater in the room that customer could plug in and use and that fixed problem quickly. All the staff were polite and happy so it was good stay at here! Would think that at summer time this is even better!
