It was disappointing that the kids pool in spa was empty and closed. There was no warning on the webpage (or I have not seen it). Water in pools and jacuzzi was a bit too cold for me. In general I think the spa section was quite basic and could be updated.

The hotel in general is nice, room was good. I loved that we took pet friendly room as we had two dogs and we got a welcome package with many treats for them. Also the room was located just next to an exit door from where you had easily access outside for a walk so we did nor need to walk through the whole hotel just to take them out for peeing. That was great! Also I liked the breakfast, many good options :)

Great pressure in spa jets! Wonderful kids’ pool play structure. Awesome steam sauna. Comfortable beds and bedding. Perfect for the dog. Great location and view.

We would have wanted a kettle, coffee cups and spoons, there were only glasses. The door wasn't soundproof since we could hear everyone who was talking outside the door. The spa is a little outdated but it was fine.

The room was spacious. There were two armchairs and a regular one and lots of table space. It was cozy and cool even with +30 degrees outside. The minifridge in the room worked well and the breakfast was good. We were glad that the spa was included in the price.

Extra charging for the baby crib. This is something that usually belongs to the room price. Next time we are going to select a hotel, which doesn't change extra for babies able to sleep. Electric vehicle charging was available, which was great. Unfortunately, not all chargers worked and required a separate app that charged some extra money for 'storage'.

The room was pleasantly cool and the spa itself had a nice amount of space. The breakfast was fine, but I would have liked a bit more lighter fresh options, such as regular tomatoes instead of cherry tomatoes.

The rooms are bit out of date.

Good location for us just traveling through on our way to north. But if you’re looking for a place located closer to the city this is not the best option. You can easily start different outdoor activities straight from the hotel, the location is by the lake. The spa was small: one small jacuzzi, small area for little kids, one slide, two therapy pools, and one very good sized pool for swimming etc. But it wasn’t at all crowded on Friday evening so we had plenty of room. The rooms are bit out of date, but the beds were comfortable and the room was clean. The room size was okay, we had two adults and one child in the room. We’re staying in the basement floor and it was quiet. Breakfast was good, it was served in the restaurant, plenty of room but almost full. The selection was “normal Finnish hotel breakfast”: porridge, bread, cheese, ham etc., eggs, bacon, sausage… They also serve gluten free options and some vegan options. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Oh, the check in takes really quite a long time, but maybe it was just me...

Great location by the lake and close to main road. Near Kuopio airport. Spa on site and a total of four Gyms! Great place for an active holiday for the whole family. Great typical Finnish breakfast and good beds and nice size rooms.

There was no tea or coffee machine in my room for that prize. Neither was there a fridge. That was not good enough.

The environment, scenery, and location was perfect. Breakfast was also excellent. There were lots of other activities and hospitality events in the hotel as well.

Room cleaning could be improved. In 6 days my room was cleaned only twice. It seems like only one worker was doing around 20+ rooms, so no surprise it takes her so long.

We stayed there during the summer and the AC was really not performing at all, the room was quite hot.

Great Spa hotel surrounded by nature. There is a lake with kayak, boat and paddle board hire, also bikes foir hire. Great nature trails start from the from door. Excellent and varied breakfast. Spa access is included in the room rate. there are no less than 4 gyms! Lots of activities at any time of the year for the whole family.

The hotel is a little old and is in need of renovation. The beds were not very comfortable - the bed sheets were easily coming off the mattress and in the morning you wake up with your sheets completely off.

Nice and beautiful location, free car parking and accessible electric car charging, a lot of hotel amenities - mini golf, spa, variety of saunas, playground, beach, cafe, restaurant. Good breakfast.

The rooms requires a little update, toilet needs to be clean better. There were colored line scales in the bathtub.

Dog friendly and there is a Welcome package for dogs which is a nice little touch.
