We ordered cleaning everyday but that did not happen. The restaurant downstairs was slow in service and very average food for the price. We ordered grilled chicken and were not happy with time of delivery or the taste

There was a Sauna in the room that worked very well. Very nice breakfast keeping in mind baby and children needs. Well done Play area for kids was very nice

The portion of the Tagliata that we ordered from Trattoria Aukio was way too small compared to the price.

The room was so clean, neat and nicely maintained. And the buffet breakfast was superb in taste and varieties. Will definitely come back the next time in Jyväskylä.

The room was clean with comfortable bed. The bathroom was big enough with a good shower. Breakfast had big variety if different food and food was good.

Centrally located modern chain hotel with great facilities. Located close to marina and shopping district. The breakfast is rich, offering large variety of hot and cold dishes. The onsite restaurant offers Italian food, including pizza. Sauna is available daily - from 8am to 10am in the morning and throughout the evening.

We saw some finger prints on most mirrors and some dust here and there. That was a bit off putting to an otherwise great stay.

The staff was very sweet and helpful all around, the room was very nice and the view amazing. The gym was great and the sauna was a big highlight the breakfast was excellent.

Confusing light switches! Anglepoise lamps secured to the bedside table meant that it was awkward to reach my own device and items on the table. I asked for the room to be cleaned and it wasn't on our first day so I needed to request a refresh of the minibar, tea and coffee and toilet rolls when I returned. It was late and I just wanted to go to sleep!

Location was excellent. Bedroom was clean and comfortable with great amenities. Breakfast was very nice.

Very modern hotel Central to the harbour area ( we’d booked a boat trip on the lake hence staying here) Good and reliable parking under the hotel with adjacent entry door to hotel. Good choice of hot and cold breakfasts Pleasant trattoria restaurant on ground floor. All lifts working and very fast access. Supermarket almost opposite the property

My dog wasn't allowed into the breakfast restaurant, and a member of the staff told my husband that it was the law that prevented her from allowing our dog in. However, we were just returning from a two-week holiday in Levi, where we ate breakfast, lunch, and dinner in many different restaurants, all of which let our dog in with no problem. This one incident was quite unpleasant.

It was the second hotel I tried in Finland and, just like the first one, everything was fantastic. The room was VERY clean, equipped with a coffee machine + kettle, the bed very comfortable, the sheets great. Several pillows of several dimensions, so the guest can choose whatever suits them best. It was easy to find and had a great underground parking which, in -34 degrees C, was most welcome. Most importantly, the staff was very kind to my dog :) The restaurant onsite, an Italian trattoria, was also quite nice.

I booked two rooms for my family, but they were not the next room each other.

The location of the hotel is the best, next to the Station. And the view from my room was so nice, lake view. Furthermore I enjoyed the walking along the lake in the morning without any map. it was so good.

Disappointing view from the room, the room was slightly "strange" - format / bed facing door directly, located just behind the elevator (so could here some noise) and some parts already looking old and signs of wear / too salty food in the restaurant
