My room’s toilet bowl had a little bit of limescale which didn’t look very pleasent but oh well.. it’s a toilet.

I chose this chain because of their breakfasts and again it was wonderful. There is a buffet with special kind of treats from finnish nature with normal stuff like omelettes, bacon etc. and the adorable minicakes and buns. Big plus was that it lasted until 1pm on Sunday. My room was in the end of the aisle and I couldn’t hear anything from any other room. Enough room for one person and very comfortable bed with couple pillows and warm duvet. Whole body mirror was nice extra thing to have. Staff was friendly and helpful. I waited my train to leave for an hour in their comfy lounge.

Parking garage is super tight, bigger cars might have issues. Minibar and more storage for clothes and bathroom items would be expected for this level hotel.

Pet room had full carpet and room stayed cool enough (21) during the hot weather (28). Overall room was really clean and quiet and we enjoyed the breakfast a lot.

The pillow on the bed was rather bulky for my taste but now I'm just being picky, and most likely if I had asked for a softer or smaller one the hotel staff would have provided.

Breakfast was delicious with a lot of options to choose from. Especially enjoyed the Poro Muistamakkara (not sure if the spelling is right).

Room was quite small and old. There was no mirror in our room (except in the bathroom) so applying make-up or doing your hair was quite tricky, because the bathroom was VERY SMALL! Pillows in bed were too big and voluminous, so my neck was quite sore next day. Also mini fridge was missing, so we could not keep our soft drinks cold. We booked our nights from Booking (no cancellation) and after that we checked the hotel webside, where was told, that you can stay 50% cheaper in summertime, so we paid too much. That was kind of a dissapointment.

We liked the staff (especially breakfast staff!) and location. Breakfast was one of the best breakfast’s I ever had in my life! Hotel was fully booked, but rooms were soundproofed, so you could sleep in peace. Also air conditioner was nice!

During dinner with colleagues at the restaurant, a Russian waitress was unusually insistent in asking for a tip. I’ve been to dozens of countries, but I’ve never encountered anything like this. I was so taken aback that I was literally at a loss for words and didn’t know how to respond to what felt more like a demand than a request. The entire evening — and my impression of the hotel — was hopelessly ruined. I honestly have no words to describe how I felt.

The coffee is excellent, the hotel is wonderful, and the lobby creates a perfect atmosphere for both business meetings and relaxation. The front desk staff are friendly and always ready to help when needed

The breakfast was absolutely amazing with cloudberries, omelettes to order, all kind of goodies you can think of. The rooms were very nice, clean and stylish, comfy beds.

That traditional lapland "joiku" music in the bar will drive you crazy in no time. Please shut it off! :D Restaurant is too expensive.

Clean and cozy. Good breakfest. Pillows are way too fluffy for someone who has used to use a bit flatter pillow. Parking lot is rather small but there is a hall and a couple of chargers for the elctric cars also
