Bed for 3rd guest was not made upon our arrival, we had to do it ourselves. Dishes were super dirty (plates had pasta stains etc). Washing machine didn’t work when we were there, we called for help but no pick ups as it was outside office hours (they take operating hours very seriously). Managed to get through to the urgent weekend hotline, staff allowed us to wash our laundry at another apartment which is quite a hassle but grateful for this solution

There was a constant noise outside of the appartment, as if something is being dropped or a door is shut. I could hear it especially well in the bathroom.

The sauna in the appartment was a delight.

Everything was perfect until I realized that there is no internet connection through wifi, which was crucial for me. Later on they said it is a one-time issue that will not happen later on, but for my stay there was no internet.

Collecting key was not difficult, but our apartment was quite far from the place where key was collected. So we have to walk with luggage quite a lot to reach to the apartment. It would have been better if keys can be given at the site of apartment.

Kotimaailma has potential to improve in communication. I counted 11 mail in total. Soo much information that it is hard to keep track of the essential ones. Still information about parking spot number was missing from the mail containing information about how to access the garage, but instead in another mail covering the accommodation, where to pick up the keys etc. Very confusing and frustrating ... The floor on the balcony felt quite dirty.

Organization is bad. No answers via messages. Only call, but they don't always answer the calls either. Location for apt keys are at different location. Check-in is at 16:00, keys are put into box exactly 16.00 and then you have to go to the apartment you booked. Reservered the parking for extra cost 10€/day, they gave me a parking space number which was already occupied by another car, car seemed to belong to another booking user. Also the car parking 'key' label has to be also retrieved from the same location where the key lockbox is (have to go inside the office next to the lockboxes) The bed wasn't mean't for 2 adults, bed was very soft, it was more like 1 adult 1 child or a child bed. Couldn't sleep at all, as there just was no space to move or turn. The advertised Wi-Fi didn't work, when connecting to the Wi-Fi it just said: "No internet access". Unpaid bills?

- there was no knife in the kitchen - the ventilation system should be cleaned. In the bathroom it makes a wistling sound. - the wooden table in the balcony is not attached, so its easy to drop things or the whole table if using it

The only problem that we had was the communication with the office during the weekend days. The emergency number contacted us almost two days after we called them .

I booked last minute and didn’t receive the instructions about how to pick up the key. I went to the address and stood in front of the building in the rain for 30 minutes because all I got was automated messages and they did not pick up my call. Finally they picked up and told me that they will send me the instructions. The instructions mentioned a totally different address for the apartment, so I called back again and they told me that I should pick up the keys in the first address and then the apartment is on the second address. But the key boxes at the first address had a different type of code than what I received. I decided to go to the second address and there I could pick up the key and there was the apartment, but I feel like it’s very misleading to put a different address on the booking page. Also, they spam you with a lot of long messages but the instructions are contradictory, some messages say to drop the key at the office, some say drop the key on the table in the apartment, the messages say to check out at 11 but the infoboard in the apartment says 12. Overall confusing and stressful experience. Also, I found a big long hair on one of the plates so I suppose those are not washed after every guest.

The apartment was clean, spacious and comfortable, had a lot of things to make the stay good.

The washing machine is a little complicated to use. Parking in garage we are not sure how to use, tried to email the host but no reply. That doesn't bother us so much anyway as there are a lot of street parkings and free of charge in the evenings. If we can check in earlier and check out a little later that will make the trip even more perfect.

Nice place close to the city center. Kitchen had all necessary equipment to cook. No reception, no luggage storage, nor other typical hotel stuff. Self-check-in.

The key is in a different building, 1.6 km far from the apartment. We did not expect that, but at least it doesn't have to be returned to that same place. You can just leave them on the table when leaving. There are many kitchen utensils, but the drawers were not so clean, and there were a couple of dirty glasses in the kitchen closet. I felt I had to wash everything before using it.

The apartment is a few meters from the train station and 10 minutes walk from the city center. There's an amazing sauna and a balcony to chill.

1. The keys could not be collected at the accommodation. 2. The apartment is equipped, but I consider sugar or sweetener, as well as dishwasher tablets, to be basic equipment.

I liked that the apartment is new and well insulated. The equipment is acceptable. It is close to the train station and there is a shop within walking distance. The area is new, the city center is not far.

The only things to mention were outdated information on the WiFi connection. When I got in touch with the rental agency, I received the proper information.

The apartment was nice and clean and the building was quiet. I enjoyed the sauna too. The walking proximity to the city centre was also very nice.
