Everything is very simple and basic. Spaces are a bit cramped. It would be better not to leave laundry baskets in the corridors all day, right in front of the room.

Close to the metro station, a supermarket, and generally a very quiet neighborhood. Clean rooms.

As we visited in the middle of heatwave, it would be great to have cooling fan in the room. Our room was on SW side and in the evening it was like a little hell. We thought about sleeping in the shower. :D

Great location for car travelers, as there are parking and Metro station near by to reach city center in 10 minutes. Liked little kitchen and it was really clean.

The check in process was a bit complicated, as you need to verify your personal ID, take a photo to verify your identity ... if I wasn't an EU citizen, I presume I would not be so quickly on the internet, therefore I would be happy to get this information a bit upfront, not when I am standing at the door of the hotel.

The location was good, because it is near to the metro, it is near to a few supermarkets and it is in a quiet neighbourhood. Plus it has the parking. The room itself is clean enough and has all you need for a quick overstay in Helsinki, would recommend it.

Not meeting staff physically to help with questions that I had eg, where is the kitchen and trash bin although you wrote about there where abouts but I couldnt see them hence, I needed to ask someone. Also cleaning once a week for someone like me who stayed there for 10 days is not enough. I would proposed every after 2 days

The room is a bit small, no cloth iron (I am attending a convention so I need to iron my clothes, but if I am just travelling, no issues).

The location of the hotel is awesome! Near the supermarkets, train and bus stations, also a mall nearby. There's a kitchen and laundry facilities. Just what you need when travelling. And there's a sauna!!! Nice!

Checking in was near damn impossible. Had to call costumer service to get the access code because identifying myself through your verification system made me feel like I'm from Narnia or something. Also the automatical room service messages were creepy, especially those in the middle of night... as if someone had been in my room while I was asleep.

Fine place for fine price. Liked the private bathroom and the fact that the towels and dishes were there.

Despite the large, well-equipped shared kitchen in the basement, the rooms have some kitchen essentials (plates, bowls, knives, cutlery, etc.), along with a microwave and coffee maker. The issue is that you have to wash your own dishes in a very small bathroom basin. There's no point in having these items in the room and struggling to clean them yourself when a fully equipped kitchen is available in the basement. Limited availability of the sauna.

The location is good, close to grocery shops (the nearest one open 24/7) and the metro. It takes around 10–12 minutes to reach the city center. The room is probably not the cleanest, but it is quite reasonable for the price. Free, decent sauna available.

The room was facing a big road so there was a bit of noise from the road but it wasn't much at all.

A very convenient location and good for saving money. There was a microwave, one fork, a few knives and a spoon. Very convenient for saving some money as I did not want to eat out every day. Was easy to check in. A 24/7 grocery store was close by too.
