Loved the views from the top floor( 7th) Close to beach and resturants. Liked that it's not an overly large hotel. Wasn't crowded and no towels left out for sunloungers. Always a bed there.. Great breakfast. Comfy bed and pillows. Room cleaned each day . Friendy . Even though we were right next door to a nightclub there was no rowdiness or noise.

I really like the hotel ! Staff was friendly and helpful (but more speaking German than English), room clean (serviced every day). Breakfast with good choice of continental/cold and hot food, some dishes prepared on request. Location is the biggest advantage for the hotel, situated beside: beaches/bus stop direction to Palma de Mallorca/shops/restaurants/bars and all you need to enjoy the stay!

Only thing it didn't have was tea making facilities in the room that we were in. We asked for a kettle and the staff got us one ,which was great .

The staff at the Leman were very welcoming and very helpful. Loved the beds so comfortably.

A great hotel that we would be happy to visit again. Extremely clean, with an excellent location, with very good food and friendly and smiling staff. Towels were changed every day.

Bed with the open sheets is really bad way of making the beds, it is not hygienic because whenever you move during the sleep you touch the duvet itself which is really not hygienic way to sleep, especially in hotel. Also it is not one big bed, but 2 separated beds on wheels, so it is not really the best for couples. Isolation in the room was also not the best, you could hear everything. But it was not a big problem for us. And also kitchen has everything you need to cook except a sponge and the dish soup. So you should ask extra for that.

Room was very nice, enough space and nice balcony. From the apartments you can not see the sea unfortunatly. Breakfast was also very nice, it had a lot of options and it was fresh.

There wasn’t kitchen cleaning stuff provided, you can wash the dirty dishes only with water.

The facilities are quite new, I like the pillows, they’re very comfortable, the best of all the hotels U have stayed.

The bedding sheets was abit uncomfortable. Hygeine issue. Dont like that you hava open sheet with the bed comforter open and the bedcover also open. You move around and suddenly you have the comforter straight on your skin, i dont know if the was everything, cover, sheets and comforter, seem to save time for housekeeping and money for hotel

Two, small downsides in my room were, that I didn't find any power outlet on one side of the bed, and that the fridge doesn't allow you to store food.

The mattress is to much soft. They have new matterss some people love that kind but its personal problem i like to sleep in hard. For me it was not confortable. The last 2 days it was very windy day we was in 5 floor and the ear come inside i get little bit sick.

Great hotel in Playa de Palma Location: 5 minute from airport, 20 minute Palma by buss, 1minute walk to the beach. Supermarket,restaurants around the hotel. Everything very close Restaurant: We didnt try but all guest told for us its good. Hotel: We get directly sea view room it was amazing. The hotel is clean room was nice for this price. Staff: Everyone helpful and very kind

The hotel is situated in a very comfortable area within a short taxi distance from the airport and Palma Old Town. The rooms are nice and spacious, with lovely balconies giving a pleasant view of the very nearby beach. Very clean everywhere, including the rooms. Delicious food. Exceptional staff. Our booking was supposed to start at 2pm, however the room waited for us upon our arrival at 11 am. So much time and comfort gained this way :-) i appreciate February is not a full season. However, still, letting us in the room so early was an act of courtesy, which we do appreciate
