The breakfast was good on the first day, but on the second day there was no fresh orange juice anymore, and on the third day breakfast was just served at the bar. I acknowledge that there where not many customers at the hotel, so somewhat understandable.

Some noise from neighbouring rooms made it into ours, like a nearby shower making us think we had a water leak.

Decent sized room, clean and mostly quiet. The bar and breakfast was good as well. Also is an easy location for the racetrack, town and walking to the local shopping centre. Plenty of parking on site as well. The staff were very friendly and helpful as well.

Bed was slightly squeaky. Lighting was not that great. Dim corridors to room. Key cards were not that reliable. No wi-fi in room was very poor for a 4 star hotel.

Very helpful and cheerful staff. Comfortable bed and spacious room. Good number of sockets. Good choice of food for breakfast. Dinner was tasty and served fast and efficiently. Lovely swimming pool was a bonus. With the meal deal, this was a good value hotel. Highly recommended.

I asked for a quiet room; they gave me a room at floor5 but I could still hear the nearby motorway. Despite windows were closed, I put earplugs in, still very noisy.

Good location for staying just outside Valencia off motorway, easy to find Near huge adjacent shopping Centre with good variety of low cost restaurants. Good breakfast. Underground secure garage parking.

Hotel Xon's Valencia is a good option if you're traveling by car or visiting for business. The hotel is modern, clean, and offers spacious rooms with comfortable beds. It’s located near the airport and has easy access to the highway, plus free parking – a big plus. There's also a small pool and gym, which are nice extras. Not in the city center, but great if you don't mind the drive. Friendly staff and good value overall.

Extremely poor sound insolation. Fare away from city and not close to the airport. Some garbage here and there but it's not stuff fault who were very friendly, it's rather the people the hotel is gathering. Isolated with no metro /bus connection, relying on taxis wich are a ripp off ( comming with 7 euro already on meter!!).Ah, almost to forgott, what is the point to have a glass wall to the bathroom with a glass door having a space of 1 cm all around?? No comment, although I do have suggestions..

It’s not in a nice location, but we just needed somewhere near the airport and only stayed for one night.

Close to the airport. Lovely welcome from the receptionist when we all arrived after a very late flight. Pleasant room, clean, very nice breakfast.

The staff. They seem totally untrained in their attitude and approach with customers. They were bold, direct, and sometime even rude. Management issue. We asked for a double bed. They provided two single beds that weren't even joined together. Management issue. The furniture looks dated and even shabby. The air-conditioning system was noisy. One of the lift wasn't working, and the second was barely working. Management issue The breakfast is overpriced for what's on offer. I couldn't eat my scrambled eggs, probably because of one bad egg in the midst. But a simple botel-of- water test could have prevented it. Management issue. Overall, it looks like a badly managed establishment.

I didn’t have access to the internet because at the floor where I was didn’t work. I waited 3 hours. Then I went and ask in reception and the lady told me she will tell the technician to repair it. I was the whole day without internet and couldn’t connect from my room. Besides that everything was nice. I think would have been ok if they tell me it is not working today. But not that they tell me they will fix it and a whole day without it.
