The hotel is situated on the main night life street. I didn’t realise this on booking and it didn’t say it anywhere. The hotel is full of 18- early 20s staying for the nite clubs. Noise is a big problem and anyone with a family this is Not the street to book accommodation. Will go back to lloret de mar but will not be staying anywhere on this street. Also balcony is tiny.

Very noisy at night having a large nightclub across the road. The Hotel is very dated and the rooms could do with some work being done, particularly in the bathrooms.

The location was central and the breakfast was good. We booked a massage in the wellness center which was very good.

Had late check out, 3pm check out. Reception sent new guests to our room whilst in the shower at 2pm. Reception apologised and said they didn’t check the system. Also woken up at 9am on the same day by facilities coming into our room whilst in bed.

Music in the like bar. Mostly the bar had very little customers and the bar man continued each evening to pump out rock music at high levels, very annoying. There was 5 of us and each time we asked to turn it down this was done, but 5 mins later it was high again.

Location is terrible if you want to sleep too The furnitures just meet the minimum standard it is much more 2* hotel like furniture There was drainage smell in the room when I arrived You need to pay deposit for the airconditional remote

The water flew anywhere in the bath but not into the shower sink, leading a constant puddles in the bathroom. The doors are very loud, noise isolation could be better

No fridge in rooms was main issue. No free safe for important documents. No iron for clothes. Balcony support felt unsafe needs some attention.

The decor in the rooms was dated compared to the bathroom which was modern. The pool was very small with little room for beds and customers from the coffee shop attached to the hotel could see right in so we opted for the rooftop which had plenty of beds and 2 very small pools that you could paddle your feet in but they weren’t the cleanest and had stones lying at the bottom. The property had 2 very small lifts that were very slow I am disabled and sometimes had to wait almost 10 mins for the lift to come

Breakfast was beautiful with a good selection of food, rooms were good size beds very comfortable with a nice modern bathroom with walk in shower.

the cleaners are the most arrogant people and not friendly at all bcs they didnt had to clean we said no they still came in and then they were argueing that it was to dirty and i wanna explain in english and she said no only spanish like she just talked english

Water didn't go down the drain well in sink, really noisy neighbours (maybe we just got lucky, they where extremely noisy in corridor and hotel room on our floor for the whole night)
