The building elevator is always with line, daily without luggage is not a big problem because the Hostel is in the 2nd floor.

Top location, in front of Calao Plaza! We can go walking for most of the museums and attractions. The room is small but very clean, comfortable bed, good towels, sheets and pillows! I have my expectations attended. I recommend

The entry way to the building was a little Scary looking and elevator not accessible for anyone with disabilities - but woohoo cannot control that apparently since they do not own the bldg.

The building entrance is rather run down, but once you enter the hotel on the second floor it's well presented.

Hotel charges 1 euro for each coffee made with communal machine. Must walk up a few stairs in order to access elevator, which is a bit inconvenient for luggage.

Clean, reasonably priced rooms overlooking Gran Via—adjacent to Callao metro station. 5- to 7-minute walk to Puerta Del Sol. Staff was willing to hold luggage if early check-in was not available. Electric kettle with a variety of tea provided. In-room safe fits medium-sized laptop. Easy to use streaming services on wall-mounted TV. Shower had good water pressure. Wifi internet worked well.

Location is advantage and disadvantage at the same time 😁 The hotel is located at the Gran Via which is the busiest street in the city. So I would suggest to think twice before staying on that street. Entrance in the building is slightly scary, to be honest, but both location and entrance have nothing to do with the hotel itself. Also our room had windows facing inner yard. Its not the best possible view, but i assume that it’s more quiet. In general there were noises from pipes, neighbors and the street, so if you want calm sleep - consider using earplugs.

The room was simple and nice. Everything was clean. Staff is nice and friendly. Pillows and blankets are super fluffy and cozy.

room was small. modern, but bordering on austere. think ikea. almost no storage/space for clothes. also be advised it is a bit difficult to find the entrance from the street. but it's there! lobby is on the second floor (called 1st floor in europe). there is a lift which is a + but it is really small, as often occurs in older buildings.

location is wonderful. right in the middle of everything, and yet still quiet. staff was very friendly and helpful. bed was comfy and the bathroom was nice. everything was scrupulously clean.

the room is facing Gran Via, a bit noise at night especially if there is an event happening.

Spacious room, convenience location to everywhere, clean room and sufficient facilities. Staff are great and very helpful, they called taxi sending us to airport. Thank you so much!
