Chic, friendly hotel.. Lovely breakfast and facilities.

The only thing that we are used to see at breakfast are eggs and there were only one kind of them - scrambled, you can add boiled and fried ones. It will be amazing. That's all. Everything else was perfect.

Everything in the hotel was well made. The location is perfect, close to the main beach and the old town. The breakfast was great, there were healthy options. They clean the rooms every day and they always put refill the water bottle, which was very kind.

I have nothing negative to say about this hotel. Honestly, it’s the best stay I’ve had in Europe recently. The location is perfect—everything is within 5 minutes: the beach, shops, restaurants, and the bus stop. The staff were always friendly and smiling. The room was cleaned every single day, and it was a proper, thorough cleaning. The breakfast buffet was amazing, with plenty of options—even champagne! The room was spacious, and the beds were very comfortable. Definitely a 10/10 from me.

It’s immaculate, with a beautiful room. What was especially nice is that sunbeds were readily available. It’s an adult-only hotel as well, which made it perfect for us. The rooms are cleaned daily, and there’s a fridge and a safe.

The location in the middle of town was perfect. The staff all brilliant and friendly. Our room was comfortable. bed compfy. Bathroom big. Lovely walk in shower and great water pressure. Only wish we had booked a room with a balcony but not a big problem. Breakfast was very good. Plenty of choice. Parking available at a cost per day but must Book in advance.

Nothing, everything is great!

I cannot say enough about this lovely hotel, the décor, the rooms, the pool area, the food and the staff! Everything was fabulous, the hotel is spotlessly clean, the staff are so friendly and welcoming and the breakfast buffet is extensive and delicious. We also enjoyed lunch at the poolside bar/café area each day and this was also very good. I was extremely happy with the Windsor Hotel and I will be back asap!

Nothing to dislike

This is a fabulous boutique hotel in a perfect location with excellent facilities . The breakfast choices are amazing with everything from cereals to cooked options and all things in between. There a lovely little touches like a beach bag with pool towels for a €10 deposit saves packing either particularly when you’re handluggage only . The bathroom has some lovely amenities and the hairdryer is good too! Coffee machine with espresso pods are provided well they were in our superior room. Plus fresh water daily. The staff were all lovely from reception to restaurant to bar . Stevie in particular is an asset.

We liked everything! From when we first arrived the lady on reception was very welcoming and gave us recommendations for restaurants and tapas. The hotel decor is very cosy and relaxing and the bed was comfortable. Every where in the hotel is very clean and fresh at all times. We enjoyed the pool area and the bar had nice tasty options for lunch. The breakfast was good with plenty of choice and it always felt very relaxed in the mornings. All of the staff were friendly, approachable and helpful. Our first time visiting Tossa de Mar and we loved it and plan on visiting again soon and staying at Hotel Windsor Tossa!

It is fair to say there is nothing we disliked about this hotel.

This is a lovely hotel and we were really impressed with all aspects of our stay. We booked a superior double room overlooking the pool and that is exactly what we got. We didn't notice any noise at night and it meant we had the sun on our balcony in the afternoon and evening. The room was very clean and spacious with regular housekeeping visits from the staff. My wife and I had slightly mixed feelings about the bed, which I thought was very comfortable though she felt it a little hard, I didn't share my thoughts about our own bed with her which she loves :) One thing we did like was that we could access our Netflix account through the room TV for the odd evening when we just wanted to chill out in the room. Breakfast at the hotel was amazing, with a wide range of different foods to cater to all tastes and it was lovely to have it by the pool side. During the day 1200-1600 there was a lunch menu available with some very nice salads, sandwiches and burgers etc and the bar was open through into the night. The pool area was again delightful and a bit like getting into a luke warm giant bath, plus there were ample sunbeds and it was only once we had to wait for one in the 9 nights stay and then not for long. Without exception all the staff were helpful and friendly and we were given good advice about the local area and restaurants. We would give a social mention to Stevie at the bar as she was particularly helpful with local advice and very engaging, but all the staff were great. It was also helpful that as we arrived well before checkin time we could store our luggage and go exploring for a few hours prior to check in. Also our transport was some hours after check out but we were able to store our luggage and have a last few hours by the pool. The location of the hotel is excellent, a 5 minute walk to the beach and 15 to the castle, with lots of shops and restaurants in the close vicinity.

The whole place was so clean. Located 2 minutes from the old town. Breakfast was fantastic from bacon and eggs to cold meats and cheese. Cakes and pastries and great cappuccino and other coffees and teas. No complaints. Will be back. Staff were wonderful.
