Vivian was friendly and helpful. The establishment is very central, easy to find, very tidy and well located near shops and all the main attractions. I would recommend it to all my friends and family alike. I had a great time. It's less than 10 min walk to the bus or train station It's a 50 min train journey to Cadiz I can't say enough how enjoyable my stay was. Unfortunately, there's no breakfast. But there's a fully equipped kitchen with all you need. There's A/C in the room

Everything was great. The hostel was clean and had a lot of personality. My train got delayed, but check in was still very easy. Vivian was very helpful. The place is 10-12 min walking distance to train and bus station which was added bonus. 10/10

I've been travelling for years but i've never been in such a perfect guesthouse. Vivian has been amazing. i strongly reccomend the place if ypur looking for a cheap, clean and comfortable place in jerez. Ah, there's also a great terrace.

This is more of a recommendation. The Internet is ok, but as a digital nomad who needs high-speed Internet from time to time, I would have loved it if the speed was a bit faster.

Vivian is such a nice host. We loved our stay at her hostel. There were people from all around and that made the experience so nice. The dorms are pretty comfy. I stayed in a female-only dorm and my boyfriend in a mixed dorm. I love having the possibility of sleeping only with women around, the safety and the comfortability are superior. The kitchen is well-equipped. We cooked our breakfasts and dinners without any problem. We're digital nomads and found perfect corners in the living. It felt like a dedicated workspace. Vivian was so nice that she gave us a key to open the main door after the checkout, so we could go explore the city, go for groceries, or whatever before leaving. So so nice of you Vivian!

Incredibly helpful and personal staff. I was blown away at the value of the stay! Very comfortable, perfectly situated between the bus/train station and the historical center of town. It was a beautiful stay and such a deal for the price of a private room.

I can't think of much, but maybe it would be a nice idea to include shared activities organized by the hostel itself, like cooking classes, cocktail night or something of that nature. Other than that the hostel met every of my expectations.

I got to Jerez de la Frontera by rental car from Seville. I sent Vivian a text message asking for a place to park my car for free. I received a mail from Vivian with several options to park my car, both for free on the street 10 min walk from the hostel which I used and paid parking in a parking garage. I arrived in the afternoon and was greeted enthusiastically by Vivian herself. She gave me a roomkey with a teardrop key attached to it in order to open the front 2 doors, very safe. I shared my room of 8 beds with 3 others from Spain. The room itself was equipped with a heater and was very well ventilated. It contained a sink, wardrobe rack and 2 windows. The bed was on the small side for me, but I'm 6'4, so it didn't concern me at all. The hostel contained if I remember correctly 4 floors. The top floor gave me access to the roof terrace, which was an amazing place to hang out, especially when the sun was out. Downstairs was the main lobby and the kitchen with 2 sets of induction cooking plates. You were supposed to keep your food in a bag with your name and date written on it, which worked really well. A supermarket is within a 5 min walk of the hostel. Our floor contained 4 showers for men and I suppose 4 showers for women as well. The hostel is located right in the middle of Jerez, which was amazing. I visited during a 2 week Flamenco festival at the end of February and there were Flamenco, los manos, singing and dancing activities every night. The value for money at this hostel is truly amazing. I believe I paid around €15 a night. The hostel itself contained a wide variety of people from all origins and age groups.

We liked the house, the room with the small balcony, the terrace, the landlady was very friendly and helpful. It was quiet. If we are in Jerez again, we will be back.

Flashing red light from smoke alarm was distracting while trying to sleep but understand the need so not really an issue.

Great location and easy to find. Staff were really helpful and friendly. Basic room with bathroom and great value for money. I didn’t use the terrace but went up there and it looked great for warmer evenings. I arrived early and was able to access my room straight away, which was much appreciated. Would definitely stay again and great value for money.

Vivian was extremely helpful with advice about what to see in the city. The rooftop terrace is nice (even in winter) and there are laundry facilities. If you're a budget traveller, you're unlikely to find anywhere better.

200 euro deposit for our dog. She was not even allowed on the bed.. (extra charge if any bedsheet was dirty) . There's a balcony, but almost no space on it.

Great terrace unless it rains. Dogs welcome (even if under a lot of conditions). The woman at reception was really nice! En suite bathroom

Nothing! Even the shared bathroom felt like it was private because I never saw anyone but myself use it and it was so clean. Highly recommend!

So clean and quiet and comfortable! I loved spending time on the rooftop terrace. And you are located in the middle of the center. I will return next year for sure!

We enjoyed everything so nothing bad to say.

We enjoyed staying at Vivian's guesthouse a lot. So much that we extended our stay a lot longer than we originally planned for. Vivian is so warm, helpful and mindful about her guests and it honestly felt like coming home. The rooftop terrace and the kitchen was on another level and some days we just enjoyed the atmosphere in the hostel so much we didn't really want to go out on the town. Also met some great and warm people there and had amazing nights out with the group.

There is no such thing.

I rarely write reviews. But here I decided to support. It's clear that the people who organized and maintain this place put their souls into it. I was surprised by the low price and at the same time high rating, which was confirmed by me. It was not very busy, and there were good and interesting guests. I recommend it to everyone, and when I'm in Jerez, I'll be happy to stay there again. Good luck to this beautiful house and home for traveling guests!
