To much noise from the Evening activities at the stage which is located very central in the hotel. The bed was not really comfy. Over all a very expansive area so maybe all inclusive would be good

Some staff from reception were really grumpy, unfriendly or didn't seem to know very much about the hotel even. Also, I think the hotel needs more staff at the kitchen during meal times as the ones working there were rushing (or not rushing at all) and the tables were not set for other people to come in..

We liked that the hotel is close to the beach, but also further away so that it is quite enough. Close to shops, bars and pubs, close to kids activities and ponies ranch. We loved the kids pool with the water bucket and slides. And we have absolutely loved the Selection Club pool upstairs - it was really clean, not too busy - worth choosing the Selection Club membership.

The noise in the corridor every time children would run to their room... the floating floor would resonate so loud. The bed's mattress was not super confortable.

The staff. I received a warm welcome at checkin. At the reception they were always very friendly and patient. I got sick the day of checkout and they were very helpful. Called a doctor to the room and allowed me to stay extra, which was highly appreciated. I'm very thankful for that. The balcony with a very pleasant view and an integrated drying rack to dry bikini and beach towel. The fact that the air conditioned was not just a fan. The big bathroom with the longest shower I've seen and a double sink.

Breakfast coffee from the machine was quite poor The pool opening hours was 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. this was not great if you want to have an early swim before breakfast or evening swim

On booking it said there was a coffee machine. This wasn't in the room. Was also given a twin bed as a double bed. Wasn't told about access to the adult only pool upstairs

Very clean and staff friendly. Food was lovely at the buffet at the breakfast with plenty of choice. Shower was lovely in the room. Lots of restaurants close by if not eating at the hotel.

This is not a Issue with the property , For couples, it would be better to choose an adults only because of too many kids .

Unfortunately during our stay a neighboring hotel was having building work done, 6am starts weren’t really what we had in mind. Hotel manager was fantastic and helped where he could, we were due to check out at 12 for our 23:00 flight and he made sure we kept our room until 8pm.

Kitchen could do with upgrading as the hob wouldn’t work properly. Restaurant times were late, 6.30pm start when you have young children is late.

Very good. I know the hotel has international guests. But all the teas were of the same size shape. Had to read small labels to select the right variety/type. Also milk only in one place so backwards and forwards to make a hot drink.

The hotel doesn’t look like a 4* accommodation. The hallway is very noisy and it doesn’t have a carpet to muffle the noise. We couldn’t connect to wifi in the room, only at the reception area. It wasn’t a big deal, but anyway. The balcony has no privacy.

We had a room with a kitchenette and it was very useful, as we had no meal included. The room and the bathroom were spacious.

It’s very family orientated so lots of children. Didn’t bother me as had children on our party but did hear some displeasure from adults

Large room even though only a studio. Nice little kitchenette, lovely large bathroom with good walk in shower. AC worked very well. Area can be noisy but didn’t really hear it when in room. Hotel in general was always very clean. Good food options whether on room only or all inclusive, not too pricey. Very nice staff throughout hotel.

In general the buffet was good but breakfast could be better.

The events team were exceptional especially with the kids, everything was so well organised and went out of there way to help. Mario, Erin and especially Carla were amazing along with the rest of the team. Carla went out her way to include our daughter Daisy which made her holiday so special.
