Clean bright and modern villas. Fully equipped and well managed, host was always contactable via message. Accessible with pram only 1 small step at entrance of villa. Cot and bedding provided no extra cost.

Beds were uncomfortable and the pillows were very hard. Would have been nice to have a kingsize bed in main bedroom. No air conditioning in the 2nd bedroom.

Fantastic spacious villa with pool in nice quiet location. Just a short taxi / bus ride to Puerto del Carmen or if feeling fit is a 40 minute walk. Shops / bars / restaurants nearby. Beautiful beach on your doorstep. Can walk for miles along the beachfront with cycle lane too. Host Carolina was wonderful with communication and very helpful.

We found the beds to be uncomfortable and the Villa to be a little dated but overall we were happy with our stay.

Had a great time in Villa 10. Carolina the host was great even allowing us to check out late on the day of departure. This was a real bonus and we really appreciated that gesture. We found the villa to be clean was very private and peaceful and so handy for everything. The pool and outdoor area was excellent and the pool had a cover which made it nice and warm even first thing in the morning. Smart tv with Netflix and you tube although we didn’t use it much. Thank you Carolina for a lovely stay.

Carolina was amazing, going above and beyond, booking taxis and helping us out when our flight was late, and is always a friendly face. Already looking forward to going again

The 3 bed villa was excellent. It was really clean and had everything you would need. It's in a great location close to bars restaurants and shops. Carolina at reception and all other staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They couldn't have done more for us. We will definitely be coming back for another visit.

The sitting room sofa should be little bit bigger as for family of 4 people was to small. Oven needs to be replaced, as its already wear and tear.

I can’t think of even one thing.

We have just returned from a stay at villa 15 and had a wonderful time with our daughter and two granddaughters. It really is a home from home with absolutely everything you need. Carolina is a credit to salinas. We had a problem with the washing machine and she was straight out to change it even though it was a Sunday and the office was closed. Such a lovely lady.. there are plenty of places to eat and lovely beaches but my grandchildren were happy mostly in the pool. It was so relaxing and we didn’t want to come home and would definitely return so thank you villa salinas u till the next time.. x

Nothing negative to say about the property. There is a slight incline when you walk back up to the property but nothing too major.

The villa complex is set in the quiet area of Matagorda just outside Puerto del Carmen. It is a short 10min drive from the airport to the villa and a short 10min drive from the villa to the hustle and bustle of Puerto del Carmen (or a pleasant 1hr walk along the coast). The two bedroomed villa we stayed in was spot on. It was spacious, clean and all the furniture, fixtures and fittings were of a good standard. The enclosed outside area was big enough for what we needed, with a small pool (that we kept covered as much as possible due to the cooler Oct/Nov nights), sun loungers and table/chairs. Carolina, the host was just the best! She greeted us on arrival and welcomed us into her office for a chat about the villa and the local area. She was super helpful and informative. There are small supremarkets within a 5min walk with local restaurants, bars and shops along the local beachfront if you don't want to venture into the busier area of Puerto del Carmen. All in all, a great little getaway for some winter sun"

Fantastic 10 days at Villas Salinas! Carolina is brilliant, she was so nice and helpful... Nothing was too much trouble! Villa was clean, spacious and very well equipped with everything you need and more. Location is excellent a 3 minute walk to the beach and commercial center. Highly recommend and we will definitely return.
