United KingdomThe apartment was tired, in need of repair, the kitchen cupboards fell apart during our stay. Parking is not easy, spaces are limited in peak season. The spaces are small for today's large cars. There are no recycling bins onsite, they are situated outside, because priority is given to cars. French and moroccan children dominate the facilities, with significant cultural differences with other nationalities.
The views, the size of the apartment, the terrace. The beaches and beach facilities in the area are excellent.

GermanyThe resort has clearly seen better days. Cracks in the pavement and walks. The interior is barely adequate, with uncomfortable furniture and not even a coffee machine. The pans were rusty and had no lids. Only one restaurant with buffet meals, no a la carte. No other restaurants in the vicinity. One small shop.
The location is great. Our apartment had sea view with the Rock of Gibraltar. Downside is that without a car, you're stuck.

United KingdomI tried contacting the hotel multiple times via email beforehand, but never received a response. The morning after arrival, I asked for towels so I could get ready for swimming, and the front desk staff responded in a surprisingly rude tone, telling me to go buy them at a shop within the resort. This struck me as odd, since most resorts provide towels with just a deposit. At the buffet, I was also disappointed to see children touching the food with their hands and no staff intervening. While I understand that it’s not the staff’s job to educate children, placing the food trays higher or behind protective glass would prevent this from happening. Finally, check-out was quite chaotic. Only one person was handling all guests at reception, which seemed completely unrealistic. The poor receptionist was clearly overwhelmed and couldn’t attend to everyone properly.

United KingdomI can not comply about anything, my daughter and me enjoyed a lot during our almost 3 weeks in this property with everything we need it. Parking inside the complex, the complex was private to enter with your own car with you apartment key, near to your apartment.
Our apartment was really big with amazing views. A very big balcony with table an chairs. Nice open kitchen on the living room, really big area again, all 2 bedroom very nice and one of them with bathroom in the room with tube bath, another bathroom with amazing shower. Everything was just perfect! 2 different areas for pool, one for family and another for adult, both amazing.

GibraltarPools overcrowded, charge of 5€ per night for a baby cot, accessibility for disabled people/wheelchairs or for people with prams is quite difficult. There aren't many lifts and getting to and from the room required a lot of steps.
I liked how the resort was quite secure with security etc. The food by the bar was excellent and well priced.

United KingdomDinner food not great quality. No coffee wine or juice included with half board meal. Only one bar and that’s outside. Nothing to do in the evenings . Key card stopped working 4 times so frequent trips back to reception. Some bar staff didn’t seem interested in their work apart from one lovely lady. Cocktails not good. No snacks available at bar after 3.30 pm ,not much good as dinner not till 8pm. Advised to get snacks from onsite shop which didn’t open till 5pm ( nearer 5.30 when we tried and really expensive!). Not sure what the many French guests will have made of the croissants, very poor quality.. Shower head in bathroom wouldn’t hold the shower. No hairdryer in room. Tiny tv.

United KingdomCould be cleaner in the apartment as there was a fake eyelash on the kitchen floor by the table which wasn’t pleasant from previous guests and kitchen sink could do with some bleach but the outside area at the room was nice and clean. Some music by the tables at dinner would be nice in the evening. The food didn’t taste very good - sorry!
The location was stunning! The two pool areas family and adult was good and day time music and bar. The garden terrace/ground floor balcony was lovely and private. The location was perfect for the relaxing type of holiday. Nice and quiet.

The staff do great stuff with the budget that they have. Animation team goes above and beyond, their shows in the night are great and having the swimming pool open on Tuesday till late was great.
