How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The location was great. Staff was very helpful. Breakfast was wonderful. Easy to park and easy to walk around town and easy to walk to the visitor center. There were many wonderful, beautiful hikes in the area. Very beautiful country.

Everything was just fine.
The receptionists were all very courteous and helpful. The room and bathroom were very clean and comfortable with nice views. We didn't have the buffet breakfast and chose to just get coffee which was very good. I would recommend this hotel to friends and family.

We didn't know in advance that there would be festivities and we wouldn't be able to park at the hotel because it is located at the town square. That also meant noise till late. I still recommend the hotel though, we were just unlucky.
The location is very pretty and easy to find. The hotel is very nice too, lovely and helpful people (the whole town for that matter). Definitely go and visit the waterfalls (ask reception if you have to go by bus or if the car park is open).

Great location, easy free parking in the national park visitors center lot across the street (and down the stairs). Views. Clean. Comfortable.any good restaurant options nearby.

The bed was kind of sunk in the middle, so one would roll to the middle! It would have been nice to have a tea kettle and fridge in the room. To be fair, these weren't advertised features.
Great location in the old town. Friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable and spacious room (the two of us booked the family room, as other rooms were sold out). They let us keep perishables in their fridge.

It’s a shame the pool was out of action; these things happen. Also it would have been nice to once have had vegetarian options on the evening meal, so we had to eat elsewhere.

Restraunt stuff wasn’t too friendly. When I with kids came 5 minutes earlier the opening hours 8am a girl literally threw us out in a rude manner asking to wait till 8am. And done it in front of other people how were already somehow having an earlier breakfast. Maybe it was a language but it felt extremely rude even kids felt humiliated by her actions. Breakfast overall was ok I would expect more to be honest for 36€ for two adults and two kids.
Very cozy and charming hotel and rooms. Good location near everything.

Hotel was a bit noisy. You hear the movement of other guests and Spanish tourists aren't quiet! As with most places in Torla, the staff were all a bit cold and distant. Not the usual Spanish hospitality we've experienced in most parts of the country.
Large, spacious junior suite with big bed and jacuzzi tub. Good breakfast and located near the national park.

The staff were so friendly and helpful with drinks and meals and maps of the town and Ordesa National Park. I have never been in a hotel where every resident I saw looked so happy - we were treated with such kindness.

The swimming pool was closed, but my stay was early October so I can't really fault them for that.
Affordable room, friendly and helpful personnel, good breakfast and the jacuzzi was a perfect bonus after a few days of hiking. The hotel is central in the village and close to the free public parking.

The standard room was very small and we could not open our cases in there so we went for the upgrade.
