Great location overlooking harbor

The decor of room was adequate but in need of tlc and fridge.

The unbeatable slightly elevated location and view over the beautiful bay, bridge and river. The reception staff - especially Rachel - were friendly and helpful. The restaurant was a good size and offered an excellent buffet breakfast for €12pp. We loved the terrace bar too for an aperitivo or quick bite. Free parking nearby. We visited the beach and swam in the bay too! Town centre with lots of seafood restaurants within 5-10 mins walk. We would definitely go back.

The family room could be bigger…

Nice personal, very helpful receptionists. The hotel is in the city center but away from all the night noise.

There was to little staff, especially at breakfast and at the bar in the evening. The staff worked hard, but has too much to do, and it turned out a bit chaotic and messy . The glasses and plates at breakfast was not clean.

The staff in the reception was nice and helpfull. The room was clean. The terrace had a nice view.

Lack of air conditioning - room and restaurant were very warm. Quality of on-site restaurant.

We were put in a room at the back of the hotel, just beside a path with people continuously making noise & shouting at night. The road beside the window is very busy and you are looking onto more buildings....not the nice view of the river as you see advertised. As the ventilation machine in the room was broken, we had to open windows, however there was so much noise it was impossible to sleep. Overall not a restful stay.

The rooms are a good size ; very clean. The staff are friendly. The breakfast has a great varierty. Well worth having breakfast.

We found one of the reception staff unpleasant before we had even got to our rooms. Certainly not welcoming. Towels need replaced we did not like plastic drinking mugs and wi- fi which you have to constantly keep reloading.

The location is great. Beautiful terrace with stunning views.

A little noisy in the evening due to a large French group having a party in a private room. Settled down around 11pm.

Very nice modern hotel perched looking out on the town and the sea. Flexible check in when we arrived early. Very comfortable room. Very good breakfast.

The bathroom was small and poorly designed. The bidet interfered with the opening of the shower door. There were no handles on the inside of the shower door, making it impossible to close water flooded the bathroom floor with each shower. The televisions need a substantial upgrade, their tiny. But worst of all was the front desk staff! Rude and insistent not very helpful. Beware of the overpriced breakfast buffet! There’s a great little restaurant 100 m down the street with fresh orange juice, fresh tortillas, and croissants and Real coffee!

Basic accomodation. No fridge or kettle in room. Internet hopeless - kept dropping out. Very limited opening hours of cafeteria and food not good.

Spotlessly clean in good location. Refurbished bathroom. Double doors in bedroom so kept the room quiet from corridor - walls were thin but neighbouring rooms were quiet at night.

There was no fan in the bathroon, so a lot of moisture. The outside shutter blind wouldn't lower, so first night lots of light and not much privacy from neighbours.

Location was great, the room spacious with large shower and a good breakfast. We arrived early to leave our bags, but as the room was ready they let us check in 2 hours early. The bed was very comfortable and room service food was good.

The evening menu was a bit limited.

The location of the hotel was convenient to shops and restaurants. It was also a short walk to bus station. The bed was super comfy. The breakfast was of very high standard and there was copious amounts.

Weather was not good but that was out of our control! No parking but we found off street which was free.

Hotel staff was very helpful and location was great. A few mins walk to the main town. Food was good and very reasonable.
