Welcoming owner, friendly and very helpful. Beautiful vistas. Peaceful. Breakfasts plentiful and healthy. Parking outside at side of the road, but no problems as quiet area. Initially difficult to find coming off AP7, would suggest coming from the south perhaps better to come through Moraira.

The property was amazingly clean. Sue and Nigel were the best hosts, friendly full of knowledge and very attentive. The pool was perfect for a few hours each afternoon. The air con in the bedroom was very welcome. The linens were all lovely. Breakfast super fresh

Lovely location with views across to the sea. Very quiet. Big rooms with patio area and pool. Very secure. All you need for a few days and long weekend if happy to eat out. Excellent host who was very welcoming and knowledgeable ability the area. Susie can’t do enough for you. Would definitely recommend.

Our bathroom was a little bit cramped, with little possibility to accommodate your personal items. To get to Moraira downtown you need to drive but parking is not a problem.

The host is very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast is excellent and exceptional. The room had a very nice terrace with a great sea view. Separate entrance was very convenient. Good street parking nearby. Quiet residential area. We definitely recommend this B&B and we will come back 😀

The location was hard to find at first, being up on the hillside just outside Moraira. However once I got my bearings, it was fine There was nothing to dislike from my perspective.

I liked it all !! Sue was the perfect hostess, genuine, and keen to provide a good experience for her guests. There were wonderful views from the terraces, and the addition of the pool. Every detail was in place throughout the villa. Clean beyond clean !! Breakfast was very good, and Sue was willing to accommodate any other choices, not on the table. The tranquility of the place was wonderful.

This beautiful guest house feels like visiting family. Sue and Nigel are truly wonderful people. We loved everything about our stay! The comfortable room with beautiful views, good shower and bed, the swimming pool, a cozy night with some drinks, good talks and laughs, Sue's amazing food and more. We really enjoyed our time and recommend this place to everyone! When we go back, we visit Sue and Nigel again. They are the sweetest and welcomed us in their home. We wish them all the best!

The villa bad clan , well organised and located on the hills with a spectacular view. The hosts were very kind and accommodating and the breakfast was great. The vibe was relaxed and quiet, perfect for couples who wants a break from work and the city. We will definitely be back

The location was a problem when we arrived but we were shown the route and it was easy to find. The experience was outstanding and we had a great time. I can recommend it without hesitation. We are planning to go this spring.

Not a dislike - but advice - we had use of a hire car which would probably be necessary for access into Moraira and surrounds. You couldn't walk into the village. That said - taxi services are available.

The accommodation was amazing, set in a beautiful home. Everything was pristine and clean. All home comforts provided with the additional options of an honesty fridge, as well as access to a home cooked lunch/eve meal if required. The views down onto Moraira were to die for. The breakfasts were superb and if you left the table hungry it was your own fault! Sue was a wonderful host, warm and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. We were absolutely thrilled to have discovered this guest house and would recommend it highly. In fact we definitely aim to return!
