We liked everything. The hospitality of the owners Pepi and Rafael is extraordinary. Fantastic restaurants around the hotel - all are friends of the owners and their guests receive special attention. The room is very well equiped. What else can be added to the excellent reviews? I hardly imagine what could be the reason for less than 10 in the review - in my opinion they merit only 10+++!

Location was a little out of the way and there wasn’t great transport if you couldn’t walk far.

Loved how clean it was and how great the host’s were. Lovely restaurants around the corner.

Rooms next door peering over fence at you sat out and them being extremely loud until early hours of the morning banging doors and shouting.

We had some trouble communicating our arrival time, but beyond that, no problems.

Comfortable, clean, lovely patio, near the beach. Rafael is very caring and helpful.

There was nothing we didn’t like.

The apartment was amazing. Everything was very clean, and it’s located just next to the sea and close to restaurants. The neighborhood is beautiful and peaceful. Great service and communication. We especially loved the terrace – perfect for sunbathing and enjoying morning coffee.

This modern facility is impeccable. Our room had a private terrace with seating and a beautiful tree that provided nice shade. The place is conveniently located with wonderful restaurants around the corner and just a 2 minute walk to the scenic promenade along the coast. But most of all, the owners, Rafael and Pepi, are wonderful people that welcomed us with warmth and their pride of their property and their interconnected community was very evident. We would go back there again in a heartbeat! The hosts made us feel so welcome. Fue un placer conocerlos a ambos.

Most of the local restaurants were closed in the evening although only a short drive to gran Alacant for more choice. Breakfast bowls would be useful for guests leaving for an early flight

The accommodation was newly refurbished and spotlessly clean. Large comfortable bed and although compact the accommodation provided a kettle toaster coffee maker including coffee and water. There was also a Well furnished terrace. The hosts had limited English but hey we were in Spain and we managed fine🙂 lovely location a few metres from the seafront. An ideal stopover to or from the airport👍

Arrived at the hotel at 9:30pm . Travelling on my own . The landlord kindly took me out for a beer down the local with his Spanish friends. Brilliant!!!! Will visit again 100 % .

Room was spotless and smelled beautiful! Very good linen, a huge bed and lovely terrace. Lots of extra bits and pieces in the room, obviously every thought had been given to make your stay comfortable. Very friendly and thoughtful owners full of advice about the local area.

Everything, hosts were brilliant, the accommodation was fantastic, clean and modern the a stunning shower. The location is in a quiet area with some brilliant restaurants nearby. The hosts are very friendly, helpful and like to play the odd joke. You will not regret booking this accommodation and we all plan to come again.

Really enjoyable time in Santa Pola. Very clean, well equiped, 30seconds to the beach and Mr. Rafael was a really great host.

Very clean and modern room. Firm bed which I like so it was very comfortable. Lovely terrace. Location is a long way from the town, but the owners offered to drive us into town (which we gratefully accepted) as we had missed the last bus of the day. There are several restaurants just around the corner but only 1 was open each (due to time of year I suppose (autumn) . Definitely recommend staying here.
