Not a complaint but we have 3 toddlers. We were told to remove the trash after stay was difficult cause of the amount of luggages we have and 3 kids running next to a busy street with cars made it extra difficult and definitely first time seeing this kind of ask.

Great location. Very close to the old town city center. Beautiful building. Nice lobby, rooms were spacious. Beds were very comfy. Air conditioning during heatwave was definitely life saving. Kitchen was well equipped as well with coffee machine and snacks. We were staying with 3 toddlers so having a good fridge for fresh milk and fruits. Clean utensils to peel and chop the fruits was another plus.

One thing to keep in mind: we visited during a particularly hot period in Valencia, and while the living room had air conditioning, the bedroom did not. Even with the door open, the AC struggled to cool the entire space. It wasn’t unbearable, but it might be challenging for light sleepers or anyone sensitive to heat during summer months.

We had a lovely stay at this flat. - Location: Perfectly situated! The flat was close to public transport, local cafes, and within walking distance of the historic centre. We loved exploring the neighborhood—it had a great mix of local charm and convenience. - Room: Spacious and spotlessly clean. The bed was comfortable, and the interior felt well-maintained. We appreciated the thoughtful touches like a small welcome pack. - Breakfast: While breakfast wasn’t included at the flat, there were several great cafés nearby that served delicious pastries and strong coffee.

The street was very noisy at night due to bars/restaurants and the bins being emptied in the middle of the night

It would benefit from having a ceiling fan in the bedroom as the AC unit in the lounge/ kitchen area can't be felt in the bedroom.

The apartment was a good size with good facilities in the kitchen. It was clean and in an excellent location.

- Our room (34) didn’t look like those on the pictures shared on Booking.com. I understand that they have a lot of rooms, but the fairest would be if they take a picture of all of them and then we can pick which one we want to rent. The one we got was quite worn out, the sofa was quite loud, any time I moved it made a sound. Every funtitures had scratches on it, the bathroom especially looked worn out and falling apart (showerhead holder about to break, didn’t look that clean either). - The walls are extremely thin between the apartments so we could hear the spanish neighbors laughing, talking, moving every furnitures really loud in the middle of the night. Even their water heater machine was loud anytime it turned on. This made it hard to sleep well. - When we were about to enter our room the key code didn’t work. We contacted the reception about it via Whatsapp, then they opened the door for us from far. That’s when we found out that we’ve been told the wrong room number, because the room we entered already had someone renting it and they looked confused at us. People can make mistakes, my only problem with this whole situation that what if in the future the reception from far opens again the wrong room for a guest and then things gets stolen. They should be a bit more careful with it and double check who gets which room. - Too many information being shared before checkin, the text is way too long to read and a lot of information in it is not even applies to us. Would be great if they could shorten the messages.

- Good location, most off the attractions were either a few mins walk or the bus stop/Metro stop were 10-15 min walk. There are smaller supermarkets on the street which makes it easy to grab anything. Street also had nightlife, locals gathered nearby, lots of restaurants and cafes. - AC worked perfectly, apartment were spacious, kitchen had everything we needed so we could make our own breakfast (Tip: Buy your breakfast the day before, because most of the grocery stores and bakeries open around 9am). - There are spacious luggage storage lockers, where we could leave our luggages in the morning before 4pm check in and we could start exploring the city.

Really cool boutique style hotel and lobby in a great location. Unfortunately only there for one night but glad we ended our night at the beautiful restaurant in the back with a pitcher of delicious Aqua of Valencia!

The counter space in the kitchen area is too limited. We had a leak from the A/C the first night, and although management addressed the issue immediately, it was an inconvenience to have the workmen spend time to fix an issue that should never have been an issue. The microwave and toaster were originally stacked on one end of the counter, but removed when the workmen had to address the A/C leak. They never returned to clean up or put the appliances back on the counter. That was the only thing that allowed sufficient counter space to prepare small snacks and meals. Otherwise, there wasn’t space to use the cutting board because whenever we put it on the counter stove top, warning lights for the burners came on, making it impossible to use that as additional counter space.

The location of the property was excellent. The communication and response of the management was excellent. The apartment was roomy and spacious; the A/C was very good; and the “extras” like espresso packets, sugar, spices, mini-croissants, etc was excellent. The lighting in the bathroom (a particular concern of my wife’s) was exceptional, and the shower was very good. The balconies and overview of the street “action” were very good, and natural lighting was nice.

Nothing to dislike, only comment would be some outside noise at night if windows left open, but I guess to be expected in that location. A few hooks / shelves in the smaller doubles would be helpful.

The apartment is starting to look tired. Peeling paintwork around door frames and stains on fabric (headboard and dining chairs). Could do with some cushions for the sofa too. Also there is an unpleasant smell coming from the lightwells in one room.

Amazing location in the heart of the central El Carmen district. So many shops, bars, restaurants and the big central market within a 2 minute walk. Apartment is very pleasant with good facilities.
