Air con in room would have been nice as it got a bit warm in the night. (September). Breakfast selection felt a bit limited.

Good location with easy walk into Potes. Ample parking to side and rear of the hotel. Lovely spacious building with character. Staff very friendly and helpful.

A refrigerator in the rooms would be very useful. At night in summer, the street facing rooms get hot, and so could do with a ventilator or A/c as opening the window lets in the noise of the passing traffic.

The hotel was very welcoming, with friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is spotlessly clean and the rooms are very comfortable. We liked the guest areas by the lobby where we could get together and have a nice aperitif in the evening. We would definitely recommend to stay here.

It would have been great to have a fan for the bedroom. We were there in August during a horrible heatwave and the room was uncomfortably hot. Appreciate that the weather is outside the control of the hotel, but think that it would be good for them to offer something for guests to keep cool when the weather is so hot (38C).

Ridiculously clean hotel! The breakfast spread was excellent and the staff were lovely. Couldn't really fault it.

Wonderful, tasteful hotel. Marvellous location in Potes, in Picos l’Europa mountains. Very friendly staff! The view from Room 309 was stunning 😃 Great rooms, brilliant breakfast!! Superb apple cake at breakfast!! 😋😋😋 We did a day trip to Fuente De for the cable car with jaw dropping mountains. One of my favourite days of all time. 😄 What a superb place.

When we were there the temperatures was up to 42°C, our room had no air conditioning which would have been very welcome as it was stifling hot, this is the only downside.

We have stayed a this hotel a few times before and it just gets better. The room and bathroom are superb, the bar and breakfast are great and the location is perfect being just a 5 minute walk from the main town areas. There is no air conditioning but this was not a problem.

Ideally situated in Potes a very short walk from the old town with bars, restaurants etc. For a bunch of 4x motorcyclists Potes is ideally situated in the Picos de Europa. Very plesant and helpful staff, good breakfast. Some covered parking. Would appear to have had a recent upgrade!

Almost everything was good, only one small thing was an intermittent drain smell from our bathroom

Location - 5 mins walk from the town centre. Ample free parking. Stylish well designed hotel. We had a huge room with a sitting area as well as a lovely bathroom.Staff were friendly and there was free breakfast.

There was a bit of a funky smell in the bathroom. Air conditioning is not needed because it was quite pleasant. However a fan in the room would be nice

The only downside was that the room didn't have aircon (it's a lovely old building so not sure they could have fitted to our room), and our visit coincided with the heatwave. Some breeze via the windows, but to bear in mind when booking.

We had a large room on the top floor with gorgeous views, beautiful decor, comfy bed, & a great shower. The breakfast was lovely and it was ideally placed to walk into the town for dinner, get out to the mountains and was near a supermarket for picnics. Would definitely come again!
