Although the hotel description says the sound is good, it's not real. You can hear people walking in the hallways as well as noises coming from neighboring rooms.

The location is very good (less than 5 minutes from the Mercado train station), the cleanliness is very good, and the reception is attentive and professional.

The noise on our last night was ridiculous. I honestly thought there was an argument going on - and this went on all night until we complained to the main desk who in fairness did ask them to be less noisy - which they did for about 5 minutes and then just back to being as loud as they were before. Also one of the jacuzzi rooms had the water running most of the night so in the morning there was no hot water.

The hotel and room itself were immaculate. Location for beach was good.

They didn't clean the room well, we didn't notice it before (we suspected the smell of cigarette when we entered the room first but didn't pay much attention to it) but when we went back to get our luggage, they accused us of smoking cigars in the room because they found it in the trash can. We don't smoke at all, and they also accused us of lying, and if they didn't give us the deposit before, they would have charged us for something that we didn't do. Sadly this rude encounter ruined our very positive experience.

It was very comfortable and the equipment was very good, we had a good time here.

The airconditioning was pointed at the bed. They did not switch the towels after our first night ( we stayed 2 nights)

To this walls and a lot of limitations due to "Spanish wall isolation". Hard to find a right spot a specially first evening inside, main entrance was closed and protected with anti thief net, all sigh were only in Spanish which gives curtain advantages for foreign speaking travelers, i guess it is obviously have to be translated at least to English language. Stuff mostly poor or no speaking English at all, not easy to understand easiest instructions.

Interior and overall design inside hotel is excellent.

We never stayed. We arrived to a very dark place and once in the man locked the door double behind us, we were looking to leave our bags, go explore and come back and shower and change b4 our Cirque Du Soleil Show at 18.30. But we’re told we could not gain entry until 20.00. Far to late for our show. We asked if we could get in early but we’re told that they charge “by the hour” Myself and my husband were appalled, and on hearing this we looked around. The shelves had Bondage masks, Men & Women’s items on counter and a jumping board sitting next to reception desk. We took pics and video. Never been so insulted in my life. The door had to be double unlocked to allow us to leave. We then had to hunt around in 30 degree heat and pay for another hotel. We were so excited about this trip, but we’re quickly deflated and very much out of pocket. Our next 2 trips r booked with Booking.com any now having second thoughts. Extremely disappointed.

The hotel is not correct. The room was booked, but I couldn't stay there due to a problem. I didn't use water or electricity. I didn't consume anything. I wasn't even in the room. I asked the owner to return half of the paid amount to me. But he was completely dismissive. and the hotel had no expenses.
