The location is near a busy road (though it was not a problem when we closed the windows). No AC but a good ventilator.

... the pillow was to shallow. Two of them would be nice. The shampoo/shower gel sachet were not replaced so I ran out after two days.

The room was clean and quiet. It was small but ok considering the price paid. The staff members at the reception were awesome, this really makes a difference. The room was confortable. The location is great, 5 minutes from El medano and the Kite surfing spot, so perfect.

I didn't like the overpowering smell of bleach in the room (I know it meantv that it had been cleaned, but it was really very strong!). It would be good to have a plug for the sink and/or bath. The bed in my room (a single) was incredibly uncomfortable. :( So between the smell and the bed I didn't sleep very well.

For an overnight stay, relativley close to the airport (€10 by taxi) and right by a bus terminal for onward travel or for arriving there, then it is great. It is in a quiet location with a 24 hr concierge. There are several cafes and restaurants within easy walking distance.

The equipment was a bit aged and the bed not very comfortable but good for one night - the mattress seemed quite new but I suppose it was suitable for modern bed with grid and the beds were old with full hard bottom part on which the mattress felt rather hard. Also the bathroom door was very noisy.

We stayed just one nigth before we had to travel to the airport and the location for this purpose was great - the hotel is right next to the bus station with direct bus to the airport and we even managed to go on a few hours morning bus trip to El Medano which was worth it. The reception staff were amazing - we had just one chair in our room so i asked if we could borrow one more and they kindly found one. The price was fair. There was a supermarket nearby and there were also 2 or 3 places offering nice breakfast very close to the hotel.

There is pretty noisy, you can hear everything what is going on outside the room both in the hall and outside the building. The beds were terrible. We didn’t get quilts, just another sheet to sleep under so I had to get a blanket (come on, it’s not that hot there).

The lighting in the rooms is rather harsh. Would be better if the lightbulbs gave off a warm light.

The hotel has a contemporary feel in the main areas and reception. It’s very clean and comfortable and next to the bus stand and taxi rank. The rooms are clean and the showers hot and with a good power. The hotel is perfect for access to Tenerife Sur airport and El Medano which has excellent beaches.

The location was excellent as a stopover from the airport before we went on to our main holiday destination. The room was spacious and comfy, with easy access from the lift. The shower was superb!

The area is a busy commercial hub Location to the airport is perfect Very clean with 24hr reception Communication only in Spanish at reception I booked a 4am taxi and it never showed up. Along with other guests who had also booked a taxi. Communication between the taxi company and the hotel as it’s a 5 minute taxi ride to the airport needs to improve It would have been a very expensive overnight if I had missed my flight.
