Very small room for 4 persons but with very large balcony. The bathroom is even smaller, not possible to move in it and wash your body.

Shower water only ran cold at certain times of day. Top bunks very high up, ladder unsteady and top bunk metal bed guard quite short and wobbly (one fell off, thankfully not onto anyone). Take ear plugs, it's a hostel so obviously people come and go at all times! Do not rely on the self catering kitchen - one tiny fridge which was overflowing with stinking food. No kitchenware to speak of, I certainly wouldn't have wanted to attempt to cook in there.

Big car park. Perfectly fine bunk room for a family of 4 with en suite bathroom and balcony. Excellent fly net on the door / window. Nice view from top floor communal area, with very cheap vending machine and coffee machine. Nice café with reasonable prices and lovely seats inside and out. Really friendly and helpful staff.

The location is amazing, very calm and cool even in summer. The staff was really understanding and kind. This is perfect for the price, I'll come back :)

The kitchen was quite simple, and had to deposit cash for the pots/plates etc. Also, our keycards for our rooms and the kitchen stopped working most days so we had to get them reloaded at the front desk every time. Minor issues, and was generally quite good.

-we didn't have enough wifi connection in our room -although the location is actually super pretty (located inside a park forest), if you don't have a car to move around it's actually really far away from the city.

Really nice location in the forest. We were with my friends in a 4 bed room room so everything was perfect!! The staff were super nice and friendly also! I would come back again . Really liked the bar cafe inside rhe hostel and the girl working the evening shift there was so nice!

Purpose built hostel. Very clean. En suites are great. Friendly staff. Plenty of car parking but little far out of town for on foot travellers. Would stay again.

First and foremost, the lady at the reception on the evening time is definetly NOT fit to work with people. Smiling is not necessary. Saying hello, good evening, and at least making a poker face, yes it is. She kept making faces for me as I arrived and on the following occasions. Really uncomfortable to be around her. Second, the rooms with Six beds are tight , there is hardly room to move, it was weird do lay so close to strangers. Third, the place is far from everywhere, and the vending machines were not working or hardly had itens to sell. The ratio price versus distancie and structure really needs to be out on perspective, cause the benefits are not all that.

The place has a nice structure.

The bad part is this hostel is far from San Sebastian and there is nothing around it. I found it expensive considering all this. However, I am a Camino Pilgrim and was desperate for lodging. I didn't realize how difficult it was to get accommodations in August here. As far as my room, it was mediocre. They use those short sheets for toilet paper. At the price they charge, that's ridiculous. They also have some kind of room card system that controls the power in the room. While I was in the middle of a shower,one of the other guests that left, took her card, and my lights went off! This is dangerous and a lawsuit waiting to happen. The morning that I left there was also a huge roach in the bathroom. The bathroom shower was TINY! Evertime I moved my arm I would hit the faucet handle and I would either shut it off, or make cold or very hot water come out. Totally ridiculous! There was also no soap holder! What do you do with the soap when you're rinsing? Put it on the floor? There isn't any room to move around!

The service staff was wonderful. Front desk, & the bar tenders. The food available was simple but good. The room had a nice terrace but no chairs to sit on.

The kitchen facilities were poor - solely a microwave with no washing up sink - we were forced to do our dishes in the bathroom in our bedroom. Laundry was advertised but we could not find it despite a long search. Beds weren’t very comfy and there was hair in the bathroom when we arrived - wasn’t super clean.

Staff were really friendly and it was great that the twin room had a quiet bathroom. Beautiful surroundings parks and walks. Felt safe here.
