The automatic check in is quite daunting unless you're used to that kind of thing. You have to enter your details, scan ID document, then introduce credit card to make payment. The machine is then supposed to issue a key card for entrance to hotel and room, which It didn't for me. I had to call emergency number and to be fair, someone turned up within 10 minutes to fix the machine. This was late afternoon (you may not be so lucky if you arrive late at night!)

The entire building has very thin walls. If you're a light sleeper, I wouldn't recommend this place. Also, you should not stay here without a car. Public transport is ok but takes much longer.

I liked the cleaners who were respectful and they cleaned the room each day.

Not a criticism, but the floors were so polished in the room, it made us laugh squeeking about, but showed how well the place was cared for.

The location is beautiful, the staff excellent & very helpful & chatty. The suite room 202 was lovely, our 2nd stay here. The evening food was delightful

Auto check-in was very long process and in the room there was nothing to habd the towels on. A bit uncomfortable, especially if you are staying more nights.

Nice location next to the forest, good acces and big parking. Comfortable bed.

It could be a litlle bit cleaner. Lots of dust, cobwebs etc but other than that, perfect. We stayed 1 night as a stopover and for that it is perfect. Basic rooms but all you need is available.

My only complaint was the lack of air conditioning. This is not so bad because the area is not so hot. However, this made us sleep with the window open and so many mosquitos bit us that it made the night quite uncomfortable.

The staff was really nice and helpful. The check-in experience was easy and straightforward. The mattress and pillow were really comfortable and of good quality. The hotel is next to an industrial area but it has a really nice restaurant where you can have a good lunch or dinner. They provide complimentary breakfast in the room because they don't open the restaurant for the breakfast time. One of the waitress gave us free juice for breakfast which was very nice.

Because of the restaurant below it can get quite noisy. If you want a great restaurant with atmosphere this is the hotel for you however if you are just passing through and require a quiet stay this is probably not the ideal place.

Rooms are a good size with all you require including a coffee machine and a large private bathroom. Excellent location with plenty of parking and a first class restaurant directly below.

They gave us an attick room, such low ceiling we could not stand up straight. No balcony, leaking toilet. They just ignored what type of room we booked. They do not answer the phone, no reaction to emails, complaints. Do not book this place.

It was very hot and there was no air conditioning. The choice was between closed windows and very hot or open windows, lots of noise until late and a bit less hot. There were signs everywhere not to open the windows in the communal area upstairs but it was the only way to exchange the hot air for cooler air in the morning. I liked the hotel but I would not stay there again because of the discomfort of heat and noise.
