You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United KingdomThe pool didn’t get the afternoon sun and you need to walk through a shop to get there. However, given the beach was so close it wasn’t an issue for me.
It was very clean, comfortable and in a great location. Yumbo centre and beach were only a short walk away. The security of the building was very good; you needed a key to get in and out of the main building door.

This renovated apartmant was clean and nice with matching decorations. Location is perfect - close to the beach 5-7 min walking, supermarket 3 min walking. Host was great, always communicated.

BelgiumParking is extremely difficult, making it inconvenient if you have a car. Additionally, cleanliness was a concern— the night table still had hair and other traces from previous guests, and some of the cooking pots were not properly cleaned. These details detracted from what could have been a much better stay.
The location of this apartment is absolutely perfect! It's situated right next to the beach and dunes, providing easy access to stunning natural landscapes.

United KingdomThe bed was 2 single mattresses which weren't very comfortable and kept moving apart to leave a gap. The hot water ran out very quickly (barely enough for one person) and the aircon unit was also a bit temperamental.
The hosts were incredible friendly, helpful and quick to reply to messages. The location is great and well within walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants. The apartment is nicely decorated and has most utensils you could need.
