The room and the furnitures are a bit old and in general it needs some construction. Anyhow, you can see that from the pictures as well.

The apartment fills all your needs for a good vacation. The view to the coast is amazing and really nice waking up to that view. There are supermarkets nearby and some small restaurants. There is a shortcut from the hotel to the beach, which is nice, considering it is uphill. The staff is really friendly and helpful. They have everyday activities for children and grown ups by the pool, but I prefer going to the beach.

Excellent location, staff were amazing. Rooms were as seen in photos and very clean throughout. Highly recommend and would say there again. Be sure to book the sea view rooms as the view is amazing.

Not particular bad, but the breakfast selection and quality is - as said - mediocre. I stayed for 8 nights and sometimes ate out for breakfast to mix it up a bit. The wireless internet is shaky.

I booked a room (no kids) for a week. The family hotel is large and has enough rooms during the summer months to accommodate British families on holiday. These guests make up 80% of the hotel's clientele. The remaining 20% are young groups or families from France or Germany. All guests are friendly. But if you are looking for a quiet hotel, you MUST consider alternatives. If you have no kids, I would at least recommend to check adult only hotels. In the hotel and pool area, kids are running. playing, screaming everywhere at day and night times (having fun - as they should! We were all little once), you have to accept this during your stay or book some other hotel. I used the beaches next to the hotel as an alternative. Like other Mallorca mass tourism hotels, there is a battle for the best sun loungers at 8 o'clock in the morning, and you have to be careful in the pool because it is crowded with small children splashing around with their parents. Swimming is not possible. Very important - the air conditioning in the room was very very solid. The 3-star rating is spot on. Everything is very good in its mediocrity. Nothing stands out positively or negatively.

We loved it, had a nice outside area and a lovely clean pool, the rooms were clean, towels changed, and bins emptied every day. It's in a fab location near the supermarket and the entertainment square and not far from the beach which is a lovely walk. We are a family of four with a teenager and 8yo and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves at this hotel.

The food wasn’t great. Very bland taste to everything. There were lack of sun beds if you did not wake up before 8.30am. The birds around the hotel were awful flying onto the balcony then fighting with one another which is not nice when trying to relax.

It was convenient and close to all bars restaurants and shops. The staff were always very helpful. Lots of space to rest if you have an awkward flight time.

WiFi , the room which we have been allotted had a very bad signal and there was no WiFi during our entire stay in our room.

Location is great! Great view of sea from balcony and in the pool area. Excellent location for going to "The Square" which has some live music every night, and there's a walkway down back to the beach. Supermarket across the road that has everything. Pool is nice although quite hard to get a lounger. There is also pool bar and a small playground for kids and a big shuffleboard.

There are a lot of sunbeds near the swimming pool, however they were occupied by people who left their towels from the early morning, so there was no chance for me to use at least one sunbed for a couple of hours. The folding bed and sofa creaked a lot, but the double bed was cosy.

I like the location of the hotel with a small rocky beach nearby. I like the food as we had a 1 week stay with a half board. The variety of dishes such as paella, risotto, fish, pork, beef, ribs, nuggets, onion rings, salads, vegetables etc. What I didn't like is that drinks were not included into the dinner. The hotel has animation for children and adults, but it is mainly a place for relaxation.

Issue with reserving loungers

The location and sea/pool view are stunning.The room was very clean but basic amenities.Room resources towels, beds, bins emptied ,beds made daily (but only if you wanted this 😊) Evening entertainment basic eg bingo, quiz, film night etc , but hotel a stones throw from the Square with restaurants, bars and entertainment most nights eg Tribute acts etc. Lifts available to all floors. Struggled for sun lounger first few days (beg August) as people reserving with towels ( which was not allowed) some lay unattended for up to four hours, but the pool attendant was into this and took pics ,then removed towels within one hour if no return, which was a good move 😄.I would definitely recommend,we had a great stay 👍🏻

Air conditioning could have been better and towels changed more often. Also, if there was more umbrellas available as there wasn’t many available.
