Delay getting room at arrival due to issue with other guests who took 15 minutes to resolve but nobody else came to assist the rest of the people waiting

The people in the hotel were very noisy at night, even after midnight. The walls were thin and we could hear every noise, and the kids were playing on the hallway and screaming at 1 AM.

The hotel and rooms were clean, the staff was very kind, always weeling to help and find solutions, the pool was very clean and the organization at the pool was convenient.

Nothing to make coffee with in room, even a just a kettle would have been helpful. This is my 3rd or 4th time back and we have a room with stairs which I didn’t love with children. The staff at the tea were lovely but the food is very disappointing. I feel like it could be easily improved.

Staff is friendly. Pool is perfect for me with my children.

transfer. I waited for a hotel transfer for one hour and it didn't came. It was in its working hours (18:00 - 19:00).

Bedroom furniture and deco, a bit old and with visible signs of usage. Maintenance necessary inside the rooms, they're now doing it on the outside, some noise expected during works, but really should go for the inside's as well. Amenities were out and not refill during the hole stay.

Outskirts city big and nice hotel, family rooms, free parking and access for cars, nice and well equiped swimming pool. Close to the city and other attractions, 10/15 minutes drive to city center.

Due to the renovation works in site, the access to the pool was through a corridor next to some rooms, and there was some tool noises around, specially next to the restaurant, and some areas were closed.

I like the pool, it was salty water, the common areas and the staff were very nice too. The hotel is not in the city center but it has a shuttle direct to the metro station and is located near a very nice neighborhood. Very good views from the pool and great breakfast buffet.

Location. Two problems. On a map you don’t see it is very hilly part so even it is not far away from town it is problem to go there without car or hotel shuttle which takes you to metro station. Hotel shuttle operates until 22.30h ; it’s to early in summer time. At that time spanish people still have dinner, so if you want to use shuttle you should come back still at light…

Basically we like everything exept location. People working in hotel bar/restaurant could be more professional ( they come to you not according time you got there, there is completly unorder) but it is less important.

They’re doing improvements so we were woken early one of the mornings by workmen. Fine on the other two mornings though. Buffet evening meal is not worth the €22 charge.

Very spacious and great pool area. Good buffet breakfast.

You feel welcome as a guest everytime you come back. The rooms are nice Eve if the view could vary a lot. The pool and the gym is fantastic to have when it’s around 40 degrees. Also very good with the shuttle service which takes you to and back to the subway. That makes it possible to be in the center of Seville within 20-25 minutes.

The stuff is not really friendly, especially the one at the bar.

The hotel is nice, the pool area is great. Close to the supermarkets, they have a shuttle that takes you to the closest metro station (10 min to the city center).

Bathroom wasn’t clean, hair on the floor and in the shower; Breakfast had moldy bread; Also the site was in a renovation so a lot of noise starting early in the morning and also during the day.

No tea or coffee in room. Head bar man (the bald one) very rude and unattended - we had to order from more than one waiter and very slow service

Great to park free, then free minibus to metro stop, then cheap fare to city centre. Excellent breakfast.

Although the taxi from the metro to the hotel is free, it would be much better to have a set schedule for pick-up. We had to wait 30 minutes in 41°C heat, which was very difficult. I would prefer knowing the driver comes at fixed times — for example, 15:00, 16:00 — and can do extra trips if needed, rather than waiting without any idea of when the taxi will arrive. That said, the driver was always very kind and helpful.

The hotel hall feels like being on a cruise. The pool was a great space — a bit noisy with kids, but with pleasant water temperature and nice music. The room was very comfortable (although I am not a fan of climbing stairs after walking all day in Sevilla). Breakfast was good and varied. The staff, from the cleaning lady to the restaurant team, reception, and bus driver, were all exceptionally friendly and helpful.
