The only thing of note is that there does not seem to be any shops, cafes or restaurants near by- not really a problem as easy to get into town and the hotel has everything you need!

The hotel room was spacious and airy and we had a great view of the green hills behind. The hotel felt fresh and modern. Staff were friendly. The gym facilities were good and the pool looked great (I didn’t use it). The hotel is located in a quiet part of town about a 15 minute bus ride to the beach, city centre and old town. This meant it was quiet and peaceful and surrounded by green views. The buses run frequently (We did not wait for more than 5 minutes) in both directions. We ordered room service and the food was good. I would recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

Warm and helpful staff. This hotel is great if you rented a car for access to San Sebastian and the beaches: walking and taxi take a long time. In a secluded residential neighborhood with forest view. Pleasant rooms and decor. Wifi accessible. Breakfast buffet was good.

Wow, where do I start, it met every need We had away from the downtown in a lovely Greenbelt that overlooks Nature plus the breakfast buffet was perfect and Beautiful color selection threw out the Hotel , the Staff was exceptional I can’t say one bad thing except that I’d like to have stayed longer

Disappointing view from our room of the road. Not enough space around the poolside - very few loungers. Rooms were hot even with air con and it was noisy during the night.

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms very clean and spacious. Comfortable beds. Breakfast was superb. Location was good - an easy bus ride into town.

It was a great comfortable stay at the hotel. Great staff at the reception and very helpful with all inquiries. The room was super comfy with all amenities that one might need. I also liked the swimming pool BUT I would have liked to have umbrellas for shade and for the pool to be open after 8 pm (it was light until at least 9/10 pm). Also, loved the restaurant Alea they have in the hotel, so delicious!
