Location into the centre of the city was fantastic.

I had problems with the codes to check in both days. Problems were solved only by making the phonecall to the stuff. In addition, my magnetic card-the keu- was not so well functioning at times. The room was fine compared to what's available.

Took ages to get a code for entrance when checking it. (Arrived) Room was not what they show in pictures when booking Air-conditioning didn't work extremely hot during the night.

The location

The bathroom was so small that the door could not open properly. The doors and wood in the flooring were really damaged. The corridor was full of painting tape but was not being painted and was in quite poor condition

This place is an absolute disgrace. Not even one of the pictures resembles the place. The building is decaying, the interiors are absolutely filthy. There is no one working there, don't be misled by the reception picture, there is no reception. There is a machine for check in that does not work properly. The check in has no privacy, you have to add your personal and sensitive data on a screen with other 10 people looking at what you do while they wait to check in. There are no indications about how to check out. We remained in the building for 30 minutes and decided to leave given the absolute terrible conditions of all. The phone number they provide for assistance does not allow calls and the mailbox is full. Some booking.com agent advised us that one of the managers of this place, a certain Alejandro, verbally agreed to a full refund for my reservation. He was to send a written notification of the same to booking.com so they can proceed with the refund. After 3 weeks, still nothing. Booking.com is not doing absolutely anything to help me. This place is a fraud and should be shut down. I'm exploring legal way how to further denounce this place. I've never been this disappointed or disgusted.

Nothing

I arrived at the hotel and there was no way for me to check in (so much for 24/7 check in?) It was 2am in the morning and I was stranded. I attempted to contact the hotel reception multiple times without success. I had nowhere to sleep..... extremely disappointing. DO NOT STAY HERE. This was scary and dangerous for a female alone in the middle of the city. I have not received a refund or any communication from the establishment... they don't care about their customers.

Check in a bit complicated for 2 elderly people

Location was perfect. Room was clean.

No shower hook. No hairdryer. Water temperature fluctuated causing burns to the back of my legs for which I attended a chemist. Self check in process was awful. No staff present. No access code for front door provided. No luggage storage. I hate to give a bad review of a budget hotel, but this was pretty awful.

Great location. Room was ok, basic, in need of tlc... José in Customer Service was very helpful with an issue I had to deal with.

The location was the only thing I liked.

The building is okay, but the roommates look super abandoned and without much maintenance. The room is super small and feels unsafe. There weren’t any lockboxes, and we had a problem with the magnetic key. Trying to get in contact was super difficult.

The pictures of the room looked much nicer than the room we got The check in was difficult as the wrong code was sent to me. Lots of trying to contact the managers by whatsapp

The location close to the city center

The room was very small. The window directed to a vertical tunnel, where the air conditioners are mounted. The bath very tiny. Check-in was difficult, because you have to use a machine and I the number to open the door was given wrongly, by a lady on the phone, that didn't speak well english.

Online check-in was impossible. They didn't answer our questions. They didn't give us an access code to the building and we had to wait for some guest to open it for us by chance. They don't provide two cards, nor luggage storage

It was very clean and with a good location

The noise. Absolutely annoying noise almost all the time. The wall are very thin. There are almost people who check in or check out and because a lot of them faced difficulties with the process they make an awful noise . The check out was at 12 o’clock, but the room was locked even at 11:20. Fortunately the cleaning lady open the room for us.

This is a scam! Do not expect the rooms to look like the photos, you’ll be extremely disappointed! Absolutely filthy, walls definitely needed a good scrub! Check in instructions are poor, this is a staff-less check in, check out system. Not easy to use. Bed is like sleeping on a plank of wood.

the front door is very hard to open and a lot of the other guests were pushing it very loudly waking everyone up. also the rooms are so close together you always hear people. the location is the best part, and the beds are comfortable.
