The bathroom was so small that the door could not open properly. The doors and wood in the flooring were really damaged. The corridor was full of painting tape but was not being painted and was in quite poor condition

No shower hook. No hairdryer. Water temperature fluctuated causing burns to the back of my legs for which I attended a chemist. Self check in process was awful. No staff present. No access code for front door provided. No luggage storage. I hate to give a bad review of a budget hotel, but this was pretty awful.

The building is okay, but the roommates look super abandoned and without much maintenance. The room is super small and feels unsafe. There weren’t any lockboxes, and we had a problem with the magnetic key. Trying to get in contact was super difficult.

The noise. Absolutely annoying noise almost all the time. The wall are very thin. There are almost people who check in or check out and because a lot of them faced difficulties with the process they make an awful noise . The check out was at 12 o’clock, but the room was locked even at 11:20. Fortunately the cleaning lady open the room for us.

The check-in process was too complicated and it was a long and boring procedure, on top of this, although I had made the check-in on-line in advance, we met some difficulty to have the key. Then it took us a long time to contact someone and discuss the issue on the phone (we have tried all the phone numbers provided!). In the end we were provided with the key. But only the day after we had a serious problem to enter our room - the key did not work, so we addressed the chambermaid to assist us but she was not kind at all and instead of assisting us or telling us to communicate with the manager or whoеever else, she expressly said that it was not our room, of course we opposed and she started being rude... We phoned again the phone numbers provided and we had a new key. We also took the advantage to say that the remote control of the TV was numbered with the number of another room and it did not work for our TV set; the guy said OK but actually nothing positive happened... The interior is shabby... But I made us a good impression that the entire corridor was smelling very nice! :) The last but not least, they sent me a lot messages regarding the hotel policy, some offers to organize our transport against payment, but they did not reply to ANY of my messages sent to them... The only positive side is that the hostel is in the very centre of the city!... If I had known all these things, I would definitely have booked another place even at a higher place ;)

The auto check in was horrible. Didn't work properly, wasn't clear, there was queue to the machine, I could see everyone who checked in was having a poor experience. It wasn't clear, the codes weren't clear, it took many phone calls, lots of time and hassle to check in. Woeful experience.

Was not clean properly, did not have any amenities as shampoo or soap (not even for the hands) the bathroom door didn’t close what so ever, the toilet paper was a dispenser like in a gas station toilet. The walls were made of paper as you could hear everything from the other rooms or the whole way. Before and after the booking they bombarded me with useless messages In booking.

The “self check-in” function didn’t work for me or for other guests. The website prompts you to do the online check-in, but it’s useless as the QR you receive doesn’t work and the booking code that you get is wrong. So you have to call their service hotline and they provide you the booking code. Then, even though during the online check-in you already provided your ID and contact info, you need to insert it all over again. This caused unnecessary delays of almost an hour and lots of frustration and confusion.

Very centric location. You save lots of time and money given that you can walk pretty much anywhere in the city.

by far, the dirtiest accommodation I have ever seen. dirty walls, dirty floors, sticky surfaces... The door of the shower was broken in 2 so water went everywhere. also the check in process its absurd and no one picks up the "24 hrs" phone.
