I thought the staff could have been friendlier. I think it is supposed to be a pretty much self sufficient place to stay but there was no warmth in the staff.

It is a very clean, efficient place to stay, it has everything you need for a comfortable, relaxing stay. My teenage girls loved it.

A small disadvantage was that i couldnt get hold of the reception a few times- there was a huge line for check in and i couldnt even ask a simple question for a long time. Furthermore i tried calling the reception and they didnt pick up a few times either.

I loved the aesthetics, design, the pool, the restaurant - breakfast was so delicious.

The location is not the best, about 20min away by bus to the city center. Not possible to use the swimming pool if you check out. Even if you have been there for 6 days and you have the only one day of sun and four hours to kill before your bus leaves, no, they do not allow you to use the pool for 4hours. First hotel where I have ever encounter that. That is really not ok.

The location is a bit far from Old Town. Its not the hotel's problem, but the shops and restaurants in the surrounding area are not great.

Overall, convenient space with integrated co-working, gym and hotel facilities. It's a decent gym, comfortable mattress and pillows, as well, super clean and tidy overall

Nothing not to like!

Handy for bus into centre of town. Also close to motorway access. Excellent swimming pool. Comfortable bed. Good breakfast. Very relaxed atmosphere with intelligent staff.

We paid an extortionate amount for a very basic sandwich on arrival - and quickly learnt to eat elsewhere.

Lovely hotel, an easy 30 minute walk into the old town. Good facilities - although we didn’t realise use many of them - and great to have access to a pool!

Pool a bit disappointing, breakfast expensive and food not that good. Plus the coffee was very poor. Also, some of the staff were excellent but others were a bit rude and off hand.

Plug sockets in the room, there weren't many in a suitable position to charge phones over night if you need an adaptor.

Really nice and clean. Quiet and in good location to the train station. Pool was great though sadly it rained when we were there so didn't really get to use the facility properly. Bed comfortable and easily big enough for 2.

Buffet breakfast is good, but overpriced if you pay on the day for it.

Large comfy bed; good sized room with a mini fridge and safe; modern bathroom with powerful shower and shampoo, shower gel and conditioner provided; great air conditioning unit that actually cools the room down; excellent variety of social spaces in the hotel to sit in with family, including a rooftop pool and well-priced bar; free laundry including driers; good running routes straight from the hotel; 24 hour reception; only a short walk or bus ride to the centre of town; bike hire available from the hotel for a good price.

Very relaxed social atmosphere. Great breakfast too. Loved the included free laundry facility and helpful staff. Last night we used the community kitchen to feed 10 of us. Brilliant.

Big Co-Space. Reminds of a student dorm more than a hotel. Little funny they call it Social Hub as they have a QR-Code for everything. Also feels like mostly students are working there, who are not always the most hospitable
