The WiFi did not work for 4 days during our stay which wasn’t great. The bar closed at 11pm. Breakfast choices were limited.

Light at the bed light did not work. when I reported it, the lady said she is aware of it. Being aware, is not enough!

the hostel apparently has no kitchen, so there were people in the bathroom using sinks to wash vegetables at 10pm... pretty strange. also no hairdryer in the bathroom.. other than that, the place is conveniently located, staff were very pleasant and helpful (even accomodated a little early check in).

I was really disappointed that if I had booked directly with the hostel for 24 euros I would have received a free breakfast but by using Booking.com and paying 24.30 euros after my Genius discount, I was not entitled to the breakfast. Didn’t feel like Genius to me. I will book directly with them in future and will check other places in future also. Not good for the brand.

The bathroom looked very clean but smelled bad all evening (from around 5 pm until after midnight). In the morning the door was propped open and then it smelled fine... The beds were a bit squeaky (not an issue for me since I didn't have anyone else in my room, but f.y.i.).

Fantastic location in an area with lots of bars and restaurants next to some pretty plazas. All the spaces in the hostel looked very clean, linens smelled very fresh. Towel was included and there were nice lockers in the dorm that open with your key card, so you don't have to use your own lock. I happened to be staying in a 10-person dorm and there was no one else there, so I had it all to myself.

There are just microwaves, so it would suit for a stay of no more than 2 nights It would be nice to have platforms/shelves where to put personal belongings before entering the shower The locker was pretty thin

No laundry room but they can wash your clothes for you for a charge. They don't have many social events for guests, unlike many hostels I've stayed at. Bathrooms were not the cleanest. Often quite smelly and with muddy footprints on the floor. Breakfast was not included in price. Sometimes quite noisy as the common room is next to a busy street and there are many bars nearby that get busy in the evenings. No privacy curtains on the beds.

Location is good, near to the centre. Rooms were clean. Staff were nice. Price was reasonable. Common room has microwave, kettle and fridge.

While the café of the hostel is a nice and cozy place, the common area with the kitchen as well as the dorm are sterile and cold like a hospital. During my stay, there was less life in the common area/kitchen than on Mars, so I wouldn't call it a social hostel.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The dorm and the bathroom were well-maintained and clean. The café of the hostel prepares very good coffee.

Tiny shower stalls with no room for toiletries/change of clothes, be prepared to change outside the stall. The room (16 beds) was fine in the slow winter season, but once it gets busy, will be uncomfortable, as the bunk beds are safe but flimsy (so you'll feel the movement of whomever is above or below you). There are very thin lockers (will not fit even thin suitcases) and not much room for items outside of the locker. For example, although there are towels, there's no where to hang them to dry. Or even good places to leave your shoes if you're on the top bunk. There is floor lighting that is very bright and with individual lights from the exposed bunk beds, lots of ambient lighting all night long.

The hostel facilities are clean and decently designed, interesting "book factory" concept (with historic bookmaking machines and full bookshelves). The bathroom was nice and warm. They had towels, linens, and blankets. They have lockers that work with your key card. They have a large kitchen, somewhat stocked with plates, cups, and cutlery. Quiet and safe street. Good breakfast at the next-door partner cafe (friendly staff, medium selection of food). The common area has a good amount of space and tables and a TV.
