I've stayed in Tenerife (south) for over 25 years in various hotels. This is without doubt the best yet. Friendly staff,clean and comfortable apartment with a fantastic seaview. Location couldn't be better,will definitely be booking there again in the future.

There was a little construction being done during the day which created some noise but it really wasn't a problem, I just had to fill this box.

The location was amazing and the staff at the office were very welcoming and helpful with anything we asked for. The room and all the furniture looked fresh and it was very clean. We were right at the beach so under a minutes walk and my feet were on sand, amazing. The pool is beautiful and there is more than enough chairs and loungers for all guests and plenty of room to sun bathe around the pool. We're booking again soon for next year. Thanks again. When I chose booking, I selected hotel! And I thought I would stay at a hotel! But it is a renovated apartment in an old complex. It bothered me, the €100 guarantee, stopped at the beginning, which I don't really understand, what was it for?

Excellent location ! The position of the apartment, very good, I could see the ocean from the bed! Friendly staff. The view is very beautiful!

There is little support in terms of cleaning services. If the apartment could offer cleaning service, maybe to be paid separately, that would be much comfortable. Since we were on a vacation for more than a week and visiting several places on the island everyday, cleaning was quite tedious and some support here could have been more comfortable.

The property is right the beach, you can reach the beach literally in a minute from the building, and this is one of the best beaches in this area. Additionally, one other beach is 5 mins by walk, and another third is 20 mins by walk. Also the apartment was good enough for two people, in terms of space, considering we stayed for a week and needed separate kitchen & living area from the bedroom. Besides, the apartment is 5 mins walk from the several restaurants/bar, so we could enjoy the nightlife.

One v minor thing was that a lot of the apartment doors could do with a bit of TLC, freshening up, was a bit off putting at first but the apartment itself was perfect 🤗

The location is perfect, the pool is beautiful and the staff are so helpful and friendly. Absolutely loved this place and only found it last minute looking for alternative accommodation for family members when our original booking was not suitable, I will definitely be back here! :)

Nothing I can honestly think of.

Ideal location, very clean studio apartment with balcony, well appointed apartment with a complete kitchen also a washing machine!! Which pleased my wife, and comfortable bed. Pool was clean and well maintained.as was poolside areas. Staff at office very helpful with organising transport and arranging luggage room for our late checkout. I would definitely stay at TRG again in the future.

It can be quite confusing to navigate the property on first arrival but after that is easy :)

The property was in a perfect location , 2 minutes walks into the beach. The apartment has everything we needed , hair dryer , iron , ironing board , washing machine and cooking facilities . We have a beautiful balcony with pool views and a view of the sea. The pool bar served lovely food and the staff were so friendly. Plenty of beds available every day so no bed wars

Swimming pool closes at 20:00, sometimes we wanted to be a little bit more, but that’s ok, there was always the ocean on the side)

We were here 9 days and it was great! There is everything we need, good bed, living room with tv for cozy evenings, kitchen and a nice balcony! Nearby you find everything, beach, restaurants and shops. The room was clean and roomy, the people at the office were friendly and always ready to help. It was a nice holiday we are going to miss!
