Was quite busy, difficult to get a sunbed if you're not down early enough. The staff overall were great, however I must say the restaurant staff weren't very helpful when it came to allergies and the label are poorly written, (apparently milk in bacon but not a chocolate croissant ha).

Overall a good experience, ideal hotel for a family with small children. The pool was great, location is good, especially for the beach. I have to say it isnt the best beach though (more pebbles than golden sand). Staff overall were great, the evening entertainment was good for the children.

Check in process was poor, heavy and not organised. Overall, the management could be improved. In particular, no card payment option or reservation via room number for pool towels and gym entrance. So you need to be well cash equipped to arrange all. No any cashless options.

Great location for the beach. Sun-beds are well maintained and comfortable. The hotel itself is very clean.

Nothing we didn’t like about the property as such. Just the food was much the same day in day out. By day 7 was ready to go as the same food most days. We did full board. If we decide to return again to this hotel think will do half board or just Bed & breakfast.

Breakfast, with gluten free options! Pools, playroom with animators and playground for the kids. Nice view on the beach and friendly staff.

Smoking is allowed in whole outside/pool area. It is not pleasant to lie on the sunbeds with children and smell cigarette smoke. Some sunbeds are reserved for the whole day by draping a towel over them, but no one uses them for most of the time. There is no information indicating that water is available free of charge during lunch/dinner.

Great food (a large variety of dishes), comfortable rooms. Everything is clean and well-maintained. All the staff are very helpful and everyone works with dedication. Animation activities for all age groups. Towel service is great. Clean beach and clean water. The train station to Barcelona is only 15 min walk from the hotel. The taxi stand is right across the street. I definitely recommend it.

Toilet paper run out in all toilets by the pool. 🙄🙄 Long queues for breakfest and also for dinner. You have to come much earlier to not spend time in the queue...... Long queue when check in also. Check out time at 10 is very early!

The pool is amazing, you really feel like on Tahiti. Great place to relax and disconnect. Direct access to the beatch.

We were all inclusive, but drinks were not included. Breakfast included juices and access to a coffee machine, but otherwise all drinks are extra even soft drinks and local beers and even at meal times. Perhaps a super inclusive could include drinks with meals or something. There was also alot of pork meat at meal times. Nothing against it, but my husband doesn't eat it and there were a few times there was no other option than pork or fish. Not much entertainment, but understandable in off peak season. The hotel is being upgraded, to a very nice standard, in places it is a little dated.

The location is stunning! Pulling up from the main road it looks very standard, but on the other side it's directly facing the sea, beach front, beautiful swimming pools and sun loungers, done really well. Little play area for kids, small animation club for couple of hours either side of lunch. Good variety of food offered in the restaurant. Attentive and friendly staff. Rooms simple, but comfortable. We stayed in April so it wasn't in full swing for entertainment etc, but looks like they have a lot of that during peak season. We had a superior room to sleep 4, for 2 adults 2 small kids. We were a little disappointed as it was 2 double beds pushed together and not much space around them. A shower room. No tea/coffee facilities in the room, but a fridge and tv. Furnishings standard, bedding lovely, clean. Lovely white towels and sheets. On speaking to reception, who were just lovely, there was availability and we were lucky to be able to upgrade to a 2 bedroom suite which was much more comfortable and fully facing the sea with 2 large balconies, tea/coffee facilitie, iron/board, 2 double beds in one room and 1 double in other. TVs in both rooms. It had a shower and jacuzzi bath tub which the kids enjoyed (it was too cold to swim in the pools or sea) and this just made our holiday to be honest!

Nothing to mention. It can be crowded at the entrance of the restaurant, but it's not a big issue - the staff is doing its best to get you seated as fast as possible.

We did not have high expectations about the restaurant, however the food was good. The staff is super friendly and they know their job. Everyday program for kids is just fantastic. The beach is 50 meters away.

The beach was next to the hotel. The technicians were very prompt and helpful. They repaired the safe, as well as replaced the bulb very quickly.

Suite entrance is located on the street side so street noise (especially a train) and music in the evening (ends at midnight) can bother you if you want to have quiet time. There is a stove in the room and I no equipment so you cannot just use it (however even 2 hotel meals are enough not to be hungry). Sometimes there is a queue to enter the restaurant.

The hotel is located on the 1st beach line, and the beach is clean. Cafes, restaurants and shops are located nearby. The suite is big enough, there are sea and mountain views. The personnel is pleasant

The rooms aren't very clean, especially under the beds. Linens are changed only upon request. Everyone is directed to the same restaurant. In reality, the hotel only has two actual restaurants, while the others can hardly be called restaurants. Occasionally, there are lines at the main restaurant, but the staff seats everyone quickly.

The hotel is located right on the beachfront, which is very convenient. It's perfect for a beach vacation, especially with children. The restaurant serves good food, but the menu becomes repetitive after a week. There’s also an entertaining evening program.

The food was extraordinary, very varied, and very tasty. Breakfast was very varied, and at lunch and dinner, you could choose from vegetarian dishes, fish, chicken, beef, and pork. A very pleasant surprise was the fact that we had a varied range of seafood. The location of the hotel is also very good, the hotel being practically on the beach.
