The tiles around the pool have no grip on them and very slippery when getting out, I would be afraid to have children getting in and out, the bathroom showers could do with an upgrade,

The outside area was fantastic, the pool and variety of plants was a pleasure to enjoy. Beds very comfortable and house clean, lots of nice big towels.

Some days were quite windy, not unusual for Lanzarote but during high winds the garage door in the basement area would rattle. It was quite unsettling hearing the banging, we thought someone was trying to enter but once we realised where it was coming from it was ok.

The property is in an excellent location - it’s only a 5 minute walk to Lidl and about a 10-15 minute walk down to the main strip. The last bit of the walk is a steep hill but it’s less than €5 for a taxi back to the property. As for facilities within the villa, it was perfect for us. Got quite hot but the fans provided helped. The villa is on a main road but the high walls around the pool area make it feel private and secluded.

Oven could have been cleaned but we didn't use it. The pool wasn't cleaned whilst we were there. But it was still very good. The shower attachment could have better.

The pool and garden were great, the location was good not too far from town. Easy access to airport. Plenty of room in the villa.

Very minor issue with 2 of the shower heads not fitting properly in the holders, which meant they fell on us a few times. We actually bought a replacement for one of the showers which was cheap and didn’t take long to fix. However this was a very minor issue and certainly did not take away from our enjoyment of this amazing villa.

Location was great, 10-15 minutes walking distance from the beach and main shopping/restaurant area which meant it was nice and quiet. Several supermarkets within walking distance also. The villa was fantastic, very spacious and comfortable. We booked a villa with a private pool which was a very generous size and came equipped with several sun loungers. The outdoor area was much bigger than expected which we were delighted about. Included a barbecue and dining table & chairs that we enjoyed several evenings. The bedrooms were all a decent size and very clean & comfortable. The washing machine also came in very handy for washing towels and swimsuits. Although there was no air conditioning, the host provided more than enough electric fans so we were quite comfortable. Overall, the property exceeded expectations and we have already made plans to return next year!

The villa was surprisingly spacious. Its very nice for a small family holiday. All rooms are a good size but there needs to be a window in the downstairs rooms it can get real hot down there if the doors closed. Everything worked except the Washing machine which was temperamental, however the owner did come out the next day and helped us with the issue. All in all the stay was very pleasant and would recommend to others

External door to one bedroom not locked and no key available so property unsecure. Insufficient crockery and glasses for the number of people who could have stayed there

One or two things are now a bit tired: - plenty of crockery but miss- matching and some chipped. No small bowls. - washing machine old and clunky. - pool could have done with a cover to keep out bits (& maintain temp) But all the above are minor and did not negatively impact our enjoyment in any way.

Lovely villa and great pool - Clean and comfortable. Plenty of room for everyone and provided cot with bedding and highchair.. Technical problem when we arrived but sorted as soon as reported. Very pleased with response.

We were a family of 8 but only had 5 sun beds and only 5 could sit on the sofas/soft chairs in the living area. Needs a bit of upgrading in areas but did not affect our stay.

Clean and Spacious. Great location - just far enough away from pubs etc but a lot of amenities within walking distance. The hosts were easy to contact and provided a lot of useful information on the local area. the requested Flexibility on arrival and departure times (due to flight timings) was a god send. The pool was also cleaned regularly.

Great location - easy walk to shops and restaurants. Good sized shared pool, which luckily we had to ourselves the whole week. There is an excellent laundry room with washing machine and overhead drying rack, which allows clothes to dry very quickly! The first floor balcony is lovely and provides a wonderful view of the sea and sunsets. Jose was an excellent host and was quick to respond by email or telephone. If you want to get the 161 bus to or from the airport, it's only a 5 minute walk to the bus stop, which is right next to a large and very well-stocked Lidl.
