Nothing, it was great

Great location in Santa Ponsa. The rooms were spotless and comfortable. We were 2 adults and 3 children. Plenty of room for all of us. Good air conditioning. Tiny kitchen but enough for what we needed ( a coffee and toast) Lovely pool. Staff were very friendly . We rented the paddleboard from the hotel which was great. £25 for half a day.

I've visited Mallorca before but never in this area. The end of the terrace apartment with a huge balcony was great, clean room and quiet, good for relaxing. Close to the beach and local restaurants. Didn't use the pool. Very nice view. Polite and helpful staff. Definitely recommending.

Our stay at Sunbeach with my family was truly exceptional. Both the kindness and professionalism of the staff, as well as the quality of the facilities, made our experience outstanding. The location is excellent—close to Palma and offering all the essential services to ensure a relaxing and wonderful holiday. Perfectly situated with excellent transport connections to explore the rest of the island, the property also boasts a spotless swimming pool and apartment. The warm hospitality of the staff make this a place we would highly recommend. Many thanks!

I liked everything. Nothing I can think of that I didn’t like. Maybe a few more parasols needed around the pool as it got really hot.

Great size air conditioned apartment, clean and lovely sea view from 8th floor. Helpful and Friendly staff. Good value considering how close it is to everything and the beach. Nice pool area. We will be back again :)

Difficult to access the room with the luggage. The hotel has multiple buildings, we had to use 3 elevators to reach 6th floor: one from reception to 3rd floor, another one from 3rd floor to 7th floor and finally from 7th to 6th.

For 4 people it wasn’t ideal as two people had to sleep in the living area on very uncomfortable mattresses. There were also ants all throughout our room.

The views were nice, pool was great and a short walk to the beach!

The receptionists were amazing and the stuff in general! Our room was fantastic and clean and the view was beautiful!!! Close to everything! The pool was also really cool! Perfect for babies!!!

The air conditioning was awful - conditioners require cleaning as they were covered in black mold, so we rarely used them… But to be honest, we didn’t inform the staff during our stay, preferred not to use conditioning instead. nearby bars are very loud, so even as the hotel policy towards noise is clear, nearby bars spoiled the sleeping a lot…

Good location, 5 min from the beach, close to the supermarket. Very friendly staff, rooms are generally clean, new towels, bed linen every two days.

Constant street noise and low wi-fi signal, but that did not ruin our stay.

It was loud at night, English folk partying until early morning hours in the club bellow the hotel.

Location is great, 5 min of walk from the beach. It was clean and comfortable.
