Stayed for a week with my wife. The apartment had everything we needed and much more: a beach umbrella, a cooler box, beach towels, and many other things. Communication was through WhatsApp and was very fast and efficient. Upon arrival, we were greeted by the owner’s wife, who showed us everything and explained all the details. We were asked for a €100 deposit, which had been mentioned before our arrival. At check-out the apartment owner himself came ( an extremely friendly and pleasant person ). The deposit was returned without even checking the apartment. I see no reason not to stay here again next time. Highly recommended.

The location was great for us. We could see the sea from our apartment. Supermarket close by. lovely pool. So convenient for the beach. the host Cundi couldn't do enough to help.

Apartament is a not very well sound insulated. The bedroom is on the building corridor and you can hear everything. Even with ear plugs few nights was hard to sleep. An investment in better window could solve the problem. The balcony is directly on the road, there are several bars on the other side and also can get quite noisy. So if you have light sleep this place is not for you. Another thing was the door in the wardrobe in the bedroom. Is broken and it quite annoying to open and close. It should be replaced before renting the place. I give 9/10 as I believe it will be shortly fixed.

Apartament in good condition, fully furnished and very professionaly managed. Communication with host was excellent. We had some tiny issues during our stays, but they were promptly addressed and solved. Quite comfortable position, close to bus stop, markets, restaurants and 15 min walk from the beach. Overall a positive experience.

If you're a light sleeper it can be a little noisy from the road outside and the other people moving around in the apartment complex.

The host, Cundi is super nice and friendly. Apartment is very clean and had everything needed for our stay. Location is great with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby and a short 15 min walk into Los Cristianos. Bus stop to and from the airport is only a 5 min walk away.

- If you are a light sleeper do bring noise cancelling earphones, as you can hear everything outside! - Elevator is not the most reliable (luckily there are two)

- The location alone is worth the price in my opinion. You are close to everything, with great bus routes all around. - The pool was amazing! There is a deep end that is about 6ft deep, though it is not labelled as such, the highest markings I was was 170cm (5'6 or so), and there is also a shallow end. - AC was amazing (and needed)

There are minor issues like no shelves in the bathroom for toothbrushes or anything. You have mostly what is needed and nothing extra

We stayed for 1 week. Cundí was the best host you can think of. If you need anything it's always possible to stop by Cundís restaurant which is about 5 minutes away. The apartment was very clean and very well equipped - everything was there for 2 people, even beach equipment like a cooling box and sunshade. The location is good as well. The beach is about 15 min walking distance, lots of good affordable restaurants on the way and bus stations are nearby if you travel without car.Thank you so much for everything Cundí!

Thanks for a nice stay! The host is very helpful and friendly. It was easy to get in touch with the host, he answers almost at once. Everything in the apartment worked well, I was allowed to check in earlier and was helped to get to the bus station after my stay. Will definitely stay here next time.
