Everything was great! Although this did not affect me and my partner, the walk up to the hotel can be steep for some. However if you are healthy and mobile, it should be fine. There is plenty of parking in the street although on busy days you may have to park quite a bit up the hill away from the hotel (but this is just the reality of parking in Port de Soller and is out of the control of the hotel).

Loved staying at Hotel Eden Nord and looking forward to coming back one day. The location is perfect. The view from the balcony of our room was unreal and a true highlight of my trip to Mallorca. The rooms have everything you need. The common areas and pool and deck area was my favourite. We really enjoyed relaxing there. The cocktails at the pool area are delicious and really well priced. The buffet breakfast was great and had many many options.

Rooms are very dated and basic. The reception / restaurant / pool have been modernised but rooms are very dated and simple. We had a 3 bed room with a balcony that barely 1 person could stand on. Would try to avoid 201 if you can

The room itself was a little outdated but the facilities in the hotel were modern.

Not really suitable for young children. No children's menu. Our 3 year old mostly ate fruit and desserts. No entertainment for children and adults did not really like children playing in the pool. Would have liked tea and coffee in the room.

Our room had a very small balcony so we as 2 adults & 1 child could not all sit out together. Room 301. The pool was too small but nice to cool off in. Restaurant staff were not very friendly. Having to pay for a towel for pool ☹️

Not all staff members were helpful. The airconditioning was not working the first night. When we called the front desk to inform the (night) staff, they said we must have done something wrong and they would not help us. Luckily the day staff was very kind and helpful and fixed it immediately.

Lovely stay! We received a free upgrade to this location, with breakfast included! Most of the staff were very lovely, especially the staff in the restaurant. Clean rooms, proper cleaning service and modern rooms. Pool area was spacious enough and the hotel's boulevard/beach entry was just perfect!

The room we had was dated, although it was clean and tidy. The carpet in the corridors was a bit worn.

The rooms were basic and small. Could barely wheel a suitcase around the bed. Bathroom also old fashioned doesn’t match the decor of communal area. But still very clean

Lovely location, the communal area was great and modern - quiet Bali vibes in the lobby and by the pool. But the rooms were basic and need the same modern touch though still clean.

Ground floor area was modern, but bedroom and bathroom need much updating , room 408 no privacy for balcony to sit outside.

The bedrooms themselves are rather dated & don’t reflect the scandi kind of vibe of the rest of the hotel.

Location was perfect, just a 5 minute walk up from the Port. Shared facilities were very modern & beautifully decorated.

Bedrooms dated and needs refurbishment but clean and functional with good storage. Our view from the balcony was not good

Loved the pool area. Staff were very helpful and organised car hire and a taxi to our next stay. Definitely could do with all rooms having a refurbishment inline with the ground floor area. Beds very comfy.
