Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United StatesThe only negative is that we had very little space for our luggage because the room was small. We have found this pretty typical for Europe though.
The location was excellent, close to many attractions, bakeries, restaurants, and the metro. The room was small, but very clean. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly.

The location was safe and right in the Gothic Quarter. There’s also a metro station 30 steps from the front door. Even if busy out, it’s pretty quiet in hotel room. They have a great breakfast service.

CroatiaUnfortunately (I am simple and modest) room cleaning service was not up the standards. At least in our case. In 4 days nobody came to clean a room or look if something is missing. I had to go myself to get new set of towels from a lady after 3 days. One small soap for two persons was hardly enough as well. No hard feelings.... will get better for sure 😄.
Location is perfect. Everything is so close and we could fo most of sightseeing by foot. Breakfast is superb. Beds very nice to sleep. Little balcony very convenient. Reception stuff excellent - simply the best!

Everything was great but I was not impressed with the fact that we were put in an attic room with no windows except of Velux in s high roof! Our first visit to Barcelona and no ability to have a look when relaxing after a flight and very long taxi trip from the airport. Room was very small but had exciting we needed and very clean. But I hope they charge more for rims with normal winded as this one was expensive and felt claustrophobic.

United StatesOur room, #308, was very small and felt cramped for me and my 8-year-old daughter, especially with our luggage. There was also hardly any vanity counter space, which made it less comfortable, but we made it work.
Hotel Suizo is perfectly situated in the heart of Barcelona, just steps away from shops, restaurants, and many of the city’s well-known attractions. The central location made exploring the city easy and enjoyable.

The room was an ok size, they provided a nice crib for our child. The bed was queen size.
