There was no AC, but Pablo provided a fan that was sufficient for the 2 really hot days there(not normal for Salamanca). Otherwise, AC was not needed since the apartment was on the first floor and stayed relatively cool the whole day.

Pablo met us in the front entrance right out of the taxi and walked us to the apartment. He helped us with our luggage and handed us a map of the city and pointed out our location and points of interest. He was friendly and spoke in English and Spanish.

Everything. Great location, all conveniences. By far the best thing about the property is the host Pablo. Was so very helpful, including personally directing to the car parking and then to the apartment. Communication was perfect. Pablo could speak excellent English.

The location of the apartment is perfect, at the centre of the city, just behind the Salamanca Cathedral. Pablo, the host, helped us so much during our staying, such as earlier check in, buy the tickets for us . Someday we’ll come back.

IKEA sofa I living room a little uncomfortable seating

Fantastic location at heart of things but not noisy. Lots of really good restaurants near (Corte y cata esp)very helpful host who arranged taxi back to station . We stayed in apartment at rear with balcony.

The bed was comfortable but it was quite small for a double bed. Another comfortable chair in the sitting room would have been good. The sofa was not really comfortable for two.

The position in the town was excellent, close to all the main sights. Really good cafe next door. Flat was clean and well maintained, plenty of hot water!.

Theres one single window, making the apartment a bit too dark.

The location is superb. It is also situated on a quiet street which prevents the noise that salamanca can be during the nights. It was spotless.

The property was very clean, newly refurbished and had several things that we needed eg washing machine. The location of the apartment was superb and was only a 3 minute walk from the cathedral and other beautiful buildings. Pablo the host was very helpful and gave us some recommendations for restaurants etc. we also had a parking place in a nearby garage for a fee.

The sound of the floor when you walk on it. Nothing else to complain about.

Very nice guy met us near the property and show us the way to the property, the apartment is just beside the cathedral and walking distance, about a couple minutes to the centre of Salamanca. The apartment was very nice, a small kitchen, so we could have breakfast in the apartment. A small patio was the view from the apartment and the place where you could smoke. The whole family had a wonderful stay there! We would stay here again if we come back to Salamanca.

I must admit when I was choosing where to stay the picture in my mind was the view of the wall from the spacious balcony. The fine print is that there are various apartments and the photos do reflect many of them, and while ours did in fact have a balcony - it was a different view. Small 1st world problem.

it is perfectly located near the Plaza Major and the beautiful old are of Salamanca - it was very well, equipped and we were able to even wash and dry some clothes and cook some food there. always so tempting to eat out though. our host was so accomodating, even when I had messed up our booking he helped us fix it. there was also parking available at a fee which is always a relief. it was easy to find and easy to get in and out.

The bathroom's floor is slippery when showering. A handle on the wall could be useful. In addition, the bathroom is small and a bigger person than me might be uncomfortable.

The location is excellent, close to Plaza Mayor but on a quiet street. The wi-fi is excellent and the studio has all that is needed for a short or a long stay but as I didn't use the most of it, I couldn't comment on its maintenance.

The location was exceptional. We walked everywhere. We were directly beside the Decoratve Arts Museum,/Casa Lis, just a block or so from the cathedrals and the Rua Mayor, the Roman bridge. We think it advertized 1bathroom but there were 2 with second shower in the rok , ship-style. There was a lovely courtyard ofc the living room, and two bedrooms with table to eat breakfast, etc. as well as patio cou h and stone stairs up ti a wall overlookung close fo the river. Well stocked kitch,em, even a microwave. Truly a fsbulous find. Pablo who met us with the key even returned wirh chargers when one of the couples charger didn't work. Made our visit to delughtful Salsmanca even better. Can't fecommend more highly.
