The only thing that I did not like was the 2 beds pit together, because they quipped moving and separating during the night, also the 2 mattresses were moving apart, so I had to push them together a few times a night. And the fridge is extremely small, you could only fit 2 bottles of water and maybe a small snack or a fruit or something.

Very beautiful garden, nice pools, good food (except the coffee), kind and helpful personnel, good location, quiet, family appropriate. The houses are very beautiful, the flowers around are magnificent, the property is easy to find and you have a lot of places to park your car. The beaches were with rocks and algae most of the time, also big waves, so the pools were a perfect addition to the vacation. Especially for kids. Very nice pool bar, good food all day. Food music some evenings, we liked it a lot and I would for sure return here.

It was a bit out the way so a fair walk bus or taxi to get about.

It was big, cosy, comfortable, clean and has a lovely pool area. The breakfast was good and the staff and friendly and accommodating. Also the life guard was gorgeous very handsome.

Unfortunately, the all-inclusive experience seems to have suffered quite a lot. The food and cocktails left a lot to be desired, just as the room amenities. The buffet was not inspiring and repetitive, and the food was quite bland. The cocktails were also terrible, so I bought drinks outside the property.

I've stayed in this hotel before and returned because of the great layout, great food, cocktails, big pool and the friendliest staff. The rooms are very spacious and clean, and the beds very comfortable. Fantastic service overall.

We most liked the peace and quiet, something you don't get when you stay in larger multi-storey resorts. Liked the outdoor pool table / decent coffee / good food and freindly staff.

I brought this up last time as well that the facilities need more improvements and taking care of. Many machines are broken in the gym as they were a year ago and getting worse. I brought this up every single time and will do it now that the mini jacuzzi's operating time MUST BE increased in the outside pool as it is like 1 minute and for pushing the button you have to keep getting out of it. The breakfast is rather poor, breads are tasteless, synthetic scrambled eggs still, the only thing enjoyable is the fried-eggs and pancakes you have to ask the cook for to make you. Coffee machines with the text that it's only for the dinner customers is plain stupid, everybody will drink coffee regardless just remove that. The last think which will require a major overhaul is the badly designed showers in the bungalows which were made flat so the water flows everywhere it can inside the bathroom (for this they come up with the workaround to give you tons of towels to suck up the water), these showers should be rebuilt with a slope so this cannot happen. Just some food for thought. Overall I still enjoyed my stay and I will stay there next year too, hopefully there will be some improvements.

Kind staff, nice pool area, regular buses down to both beaches, wifi works fine, dinner is tasty and you get 1 free drink included, room cleaning is super B, every day. You can really concentrate on enjoying your holidays and nothing else. Massage is also worth to try.

The car park needs signage. Also, google maps through the property was on the other side of the road, which is confusing on arrival, in the dark.

The resort actually has individual little bungalows with a table and chairs outside, spacious rooms and an enclosed area with a clothes line.

The location is full of exactly looking hotel and they own every bit of land there. Therefore you can’t get direct access to dunes and beaches, because they have fence everywhere. You have to make a really big circle around which is not really amazing. We also didn’t like Maspalomas much since it lack some authentic vibe. Its made for tourists that came on the island to spend money.

Good hotel with a pool and plenty of meal options. You have access to fitness and bar. The hotel is also really good looking and we really enjoyed sitting beside the pool. There was plenty of shade. Each room is its own apartment in its own house and it looks really nice. Hence you have a lot of privacy. There are palm trees, bushes and fake grass everywhere and it really adds to the looks. You also have a small shop nearby which is a huge plus. If you want to relax, sip some cocktails or beer and just enjoy life, then this is the hotel for you.

A few days it was quite busy but there were enough chairs to lay on near the swimming pool. You need a car to get around.

Pool was freezing so no one was using jt Location looks good on the map but there is no shortcut to get to town on foot easily (you have to go around which takes around 30-45 min) No restaurants nearby There is an option to get a free shuttle in the morning or taxi for around €7 each way

Rooms could be renewed, after taking the shower there is water all over the bathroom floor, towels are not nice, coffee could be more delicious.

Food was very nice and fresh, good products are used. The atmosphere in the hotel is cozy, calm. The garden is really taken care of. Most of the staff is friendly and nice with kids.

Inside of room was very dated & in need of immediate upgrade. The bathroom towels provided daily were awful; I complained to Reception about the towels but nothing was done.

Room felt slightly dated and worn, especially the bathroom - towel rail showed signs or rust. Next door's air condition unit was rather noisy despite being outside. Main entrance door key was rather strange and did not give me sence of proper security as original code entry was reverted back to adapted key entry that was not functioning propely at times. On arrival I had to get maintenance to unlock the door as it was not straight forward.

There was nothing in the bungalow. No tea or coffee facilities. So much room, they should do a little update and then it will be so good.The water was to cold to swim in.
