We missed eggs for breakfast, but this is just a minor thing.

We had a room with a terrace- what a gem! The whole place is quite stylish, but the vibe is very warm and friendly. The staff did not speak English, but we easily communicated with Google Translate. Parking in front or at the back of the hotel. It's close to the beach (8 min walk), and some 30 min walk to the centre. During the day, the neighborhood seemed quite lively, but it was peaceful during the night. We walked from the centre to the hotel late in the evening and we felt perfectly safe.

Pretty much everything. It’s maintained exceptionally well and is a fabulous place.

It’s a Gem in Santander! Staff was extremely helpful, Hotel is astonishingly well kept and impressive. Couldn’t have asked for more. Close to the beach and a lot of good restaurants. Very impressed and thankful for the great stay to a wonderful Hotel staff and owners.

Nothing comes to mind about the hotel, but the wonderful local beaches had no sunbeds & parasols for hire!

From the moment we arrived the staff assisted and advised us to get the best out of our stay. The rooms were individual and very boutique like which we really enjoyed. Will definitely stay there again and it’s only 15 minutes from the Santander Ferry Terminal.

Unfortunately we were locked out of our room as our stay had been incorrectly logged to finish one day earlier. As there was no reception staff available we had to seek the help of a cleaner so we were able to gain access. We were there for 4 nights so we did find the breakfast a little repetitive.

It is a small hotel perhaps more of a guest house which is perfectly clean. The bedroom we had at the top of the house had a veranda with outdoor seating which was a nice addition - not much of a view but nice to read outside. The area is quite residential but a short walk through a square down to the sea. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The ability to get hot drinks throughout the day was good.

Great position near the main beach (Sardinero) with plenty of restaurants in the vicinity and nice walks to discover the city. Our room was nice, comfortable bed and great shower. Breakfast was standard: fresh food.

Belle Epoque heritage building beautifully renovated. Our room overlooked a stunning park with ancient pine trees. Room was very comfortable. Breakfast buffet good. Just a little impersonal. Good quality coffee & tea available 24/7 from a machine in the breakfast area. Parking in the courtyard in front of the hotel was convenient.

Location , staff, the tea/coffee which you could take to your room etc, the greeting croissants, the fabulous breakfast, only down side was the parking charge of 10 euros, wasn’t aware of this until we got there but to be honest I think it was booking.com fault in their search filters , could have parked off site for free, all in all would go there again

The room was fantastic - large with a lovely terrace with nice furniture on it. There was a coffee/tea machine in the breakfast room which was available at all times. Breakfast was a very nice buffet.
