Our room smelt of old smoke and TBF to the staff they knocked off the price of the breakfast as compensation.

Had character but was in need of a bit of TLC. Breakfast was nice. Had several eateries in walking distance including their own restaurant which was excellent. Also liked the secure parking on site for our motorbikes.

Breakfast was not tasty Pool area wasn't cleaned thoroughly enough everyday, with yellow foam in the pool No possibility to add drinks or food to the room in order to have 1 bill No service for food or drinks at pool No air conditioning in the gym (horrible when visiting the area with temperatures above 30 degrees) Absolutely NO soaps, shampoos, conditioner, or any of those littles products that you would usually get in a 4 star hotel. The only soap was in a soap dispenser on the wall above the (very old) jacuzzi bathtub which wasn't working properly and soap felt old (like it wasn't cleaning my skin) so i bought my own stuff from Mercadonna including both hand soap as shower gel

There was a swimming pool and gym. Big parking available, beautiful restaurant of El Tram Very good air-conditioning in the room The cigarette machine inside the hotel + there was a closet with glass doors so you buy essential things like baby powder or soothing cream, you just need to ask receptionist and you can buy it there

Air conditioning in the room wasn’t great, never really felt that cold! Pool wasn’t the cleanest when we arrived and was closed for a whole day for cleaning/maintenance so trying to explain to an autistic child was challenging. No notice either just a sign in the lift (which we didn’t usually use) My son’s blanket vanished from the room which was disappointing as he was upset looking for it. I asked house keeping and reception a few times but they said no sign 🙁

Location was good and they had a pool so it was good for our family. Staff were very friendly. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable.

On arrival, the staff were not at all welcoming. The room provided was not ready, and considering our time of arrival - very late afternoon, this was disappointing. Our stay was on a Sunday night and the hotel provided no restaurant or bar facility, though drinks could be purchased over the reception desk. Again, this was disappointing.

The location was good for our needs, with easy access and secure parking. Breakfast was very good, as were the staff providing the breakfast service.

On a busy main road although you can't hear it and it means good access. Sound carries easily from corridors.

We stayed here visiting Aragon MotoGP. Secure covered motorbike parking with a small charge. Very clean, comfy bed, good shower, good WiFi, good aircon, good pool, friendly hotel. We didn't eat here due to timings. Several supermarkets opposite and petrol station nearby with good coffee.

Room was very dark with only two dim bedside lights. Impossible to read a book in semi darkness.

Easy to find and park. Quick and efficient check in. Very nice comfortable bed, best so far this holiday. Excellent restaurant with top quality menu and great staff.

Sadly, there was little to no soundproofing, or any enforcement of quiet times after 10pm. There were people running down the corridor, and running baths after 11pm. We also couldn't find a bar or restaurant on site open before 8:30pm. Fortunately there were a couple of places over at the bowling alley.

If you're travelling from Madrid to France, this is a great point to stop. The rooms are an excellent size, with a large bathroom, plush towels, and a comfy bed.

There weren't really any hotel services. We arrived on a Sunday when neither the restaurant or bar served food. Over the road are a McDonald's, Burger King and Ribs, not really the dining experience I was anticipating for a hotel stay. The website says that bottled water is provided in the room but it wasn't, I had to ask. The following day I had to ask again, and the only two sachets of coffee were not replaced. I returned from my dining experience across the road and requested a glass of red wine from the bar (corridor-like with a row of benches with table along the wall). They had no red wine at all and only one bottle of white! I enquired if the onsite Irish pub was open but there isn't one, apparently, just a venue to hire.

The hotel provided the primary need of a good-sized and clean room with wide and comfortable bed and beautifully quiet at night.

Rooms are a little dated, and could do with some modernisation. The bar in the hotel didn’t seem to be open at any point, or the restaurant. There was a small coffee/drinks bar off the reception.

The property was near to where a family member lives, but also easily accessible to the city of Llieda. Nice nearby bars and eateries.

It's away from the town unless you want to eat at the next door restaurant (not open Sundays) or McDonald's opposite so it's a taxi/car ride. The attitude of the staff varies and not massively friendly.

The rooms are spacious, clean and well appointed. The swimming pool is a bonus. Secure gated parking.

The bathroom shower needs renovation, the joints are blackened by chemicals, as is the shower head, the pool is open to shortly But the worst thing was the hotel restaurant. I received meat, it was beautifully served but unfortunately it was probably grilled earlier, because it was cold inside. Despite that I ate a little and I regret it to this day, I was sick for 3 days and my stomach still hurts. I don't know what infected me..

Bett was ok, the decor was very rich and interesting

A window to the bedroom. Water and crisps in fridge were a nice touch but there should have been more coffee in the room. The restaurant not opening for dinner until 8.30 pm when we had been on the road all day was a disappointment.

The hotel is individual in an age of standardisation. It is full of interesting artwork and ornaments. The room was comfortable but I missed having a window. The spa bath was a nice feature and the bed provided a good night's sleep. Breakfast was good and varied with excellent coffee. Gym looked good but did not have time to try it!

The mattresses were not comfortable. Even though the air conditioning was off, it always seemed that cold air was circulating. On the other hand, the heating in the bathroom was on and during the night it got extremely hot.

The restaurant in the hotel was good. The grilled snails were very good. Convenient private parking with direct access to the hotel.
