Hotel is rundown, AC was not that great either.. the room was hot!!

It’s a beach town. The hotel is old and needs improvements, but the views are so worth it.

We were upgraded to a suite, which was beautiful. Great place, great pool, great location! Great breakfast! The guy who managed the breakfast area was a very hard-working professional.

Very good for a beach hotel. The location is amazing right at the front of the beach. The food was good, nice range of options, with quality in comparison with other beach hotels that we've stayed in. The suites at the top with the Jacuzzi are amazing: a large terrace with pool chairs, table and chairs, with a magnificent view for the sea and the bay. Sympathetic and friendly staff, from reception to restaurant. Plug for electric cars (Tesla destiny charger) was a curtesy of the hotel and a plus!

The AC did not cool the room. If this had been summer it would have been unbearable. It’s a small thing but the bartenders at the nightly events did not know how to make a manhattan.

Air con was poor and noisy fan. Room was too hot and it was only May temps. Decor was a bit dated . Beds and pillows not comfy. No cover on bed just a sheet and then an itchy blanket was the only alternative . No kettle in room. Not really 4*

Kids club at this time of year is basic but good to have it for three hours a day.

The kids loved the indoor play which is very conveniently placed near the restaurant, with football set up and trampoline. Indoor pool also good for this time of year (windy!).

It's a family hotel so entertainment is for them.

Great location, large room, powerful shower & large bath. Variety of breakfast, friendly staff, pool & jacuzzi water temperature perfect.

The hotel looks a bit old, rooms are missing kettles or some other extras that are generally normal for 4* hotel (like bath robes, slippers, or free towels for the Spa (2eur isn't much, but should've been a part of the Spa pricing in my opinion)).

Great staff and location, rooms were spacious with nice balcony (sea view - 3rd floor). All beds were huge and reasonably comfortable. The main hall looked great, though it needs a touch of renovation (just like the rooms themselves). The Spa was alright, maybe not exactly worth the money requested - but, overall, is enjoyable. Breakfast was good and very good restaurants were nearby. The parking garage was good and spacious.

There was nothing to dislike .

Everything was really good , rooms were large , clean and comfortable . Public areas were also clean and comfortable. Staff were all excellent, friendly and helpful and really got into the spirit of the Halloween festivities. A good range of activities were available and both the indoor and outdoor pools were clean .Buffet meals were very good with a good choice of food for everyone. Hotel was in a good location very close to the beach and within easy reach of the town and the castle.

The toilet would not fill with water. We informed reception, they said it would be fixed immediately, it wasn't. We only stayed one night but could basically not use the toilet in our room.

The noice level in the breakfast room was way above the acceptable level! All children make a lot of nice but also the personnel makes a lot of noice when cleaning the tables etc. Acustic pannels needs to be installed in the sealing and on the walls etc.

Very nice hotel, the indoor playground is perfect for kids, the temperature of indoor pool is super and the food is very delicious. No problem to find free parking near the hotel (october).
