Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United KingdomThere wasn't really anything we didn't like but it is worth pointing out that it is a 10 minute drive to Pollenca - we tried to get a taxi on one evening but there was a long wait so we ended up driving in ourselves, so would definitely recommend a hire car.
What a wonderful, relaxing stay - the building and location are beautiful. All the staff were so friendly and helpful and it was lovely to learn a bit about the history of the place from Nicolas, the owner. Breakfast was great, as was the food in the evening. We will definitely return!

RussiaI rarely write reviews, but this time I just have to say thank you to Nicolás, the host of this beautiful finca. This place is truly special — surrounded by stunning views, tastefully decorated, and full of charm. The terraces are absolutely magical — perfect for breakfast or dinner with breathtaking scenery. You genuinely don’t feel like leaving the property. Nicolás clearly loves this place deeply. He’s incredibly attentive to his guests, always nearby, making sure everything runs smoothly. He shares the fascinating history of the finca and brings a personal touch to every detail. The entire staff is warm, kind, and welcoming, which makes the experience even more memorable. It’s a peaceful, thoughtfully curated retreat where nature, comfort, and beauty come together. I’ll remember it for a long time.

ItalyThe road that leads to the Finca is completely unpaved and rocky.
The Finca is absolutely stunning, a carefully renovated masterpiece of Mallorcan style. The facilities are clean, tidy and modern, while keeping alive the soul of the historical property. The pool is a dream and the whole area gets you lost in beauty. The owners and staff are very welcoming and gentle. The custom breakfast was very good.

United KingdomMy friend and I had a perfect stay at Son Grua for four nights. The setting is absolutely stunning, surrounded with lots of history and beautiful nature. Nicolás, Marta, Pedro and the whole team were amazing hosts, very welcoming and happy to help with anything we needed. We loved relaxing by the pool, eating breakfast on a lovely terrace and dining in the evenings in a very special setting. The atmosphere was very relaxing and just what we needed. BelgiumOur room was very modest but the hotel facilities (breakfast terrace, garden, pool area…) make up for it. Our stay was pricey, but aligned with market standard in Mallorca.
The hotel is a gem. Very impressive surroundings and Nicolas is a great host. The à la carte breakfast is awesome. Location is great to explore the Sierra de Tramuntana. The house breathes history. Beach is nearby. We loved our stay.

United KingdomWe couldn’t possibly recommend Son Grua more highly! Nicolas, Marta, Pedro and the rest of the team made us feel so welcome and at home. The history of the property is fascinating and the grounds are astoundingly beautiful. We loved eating in the different courtyards and terraces listening to the wildlife, and having coffees by the pool overlooking the property and mountains. Nicolas and Marta were always available to provide recommendations on hikes and things to do, which we really valued. The food at Son Grua is excellent, with freshly made breakfast each morning - we also enjoyed two dinners and two lunches in the hotel which were outstanding. Pedro recommended the Mallorcan Gató for dessert which we loved so much he kindly wrote the recipe down. ¡Gracias de corazón a todos por una estancia inolvidable!

United KingdomI was personally awestruck by the beauty of the hotel. It's a real sanctuary nestled in the mountains between Lluc and Pollença. The views from our bedroom overlooked the neighbouring mountains and stunning pool gardens. The hotel food was outstanding and served alfresco on the terrace. Nicholas was very welcoming, accommodating, and informative about the local area. Thank you for such a special stay celebrating our Engagement.

United StatesThis was by far the most special, authentic, and historic resort we stayed in among the four excellent resorts we visited in Mallorca. The highly scenic mountain property has belonged to the same family for hundreds of years and there is a real feeling of ownership, heritage, and quiet elegance. A number of landscape oil paintings displayed inside were done by a family member in the first half of the 1900s when the property was partly used as a retreat for artists. The hotel employs a professional chef; meals were excellent and featured Mallorcan cuisine. On our second night, dinner was served outdoors beneath the trees and stars where a white-coated waiter circled quietly among the widely spaced tables lit up by candlelight. Breakfast too was served outdoors on a stone veranda with a view of the mountains. The hosts were accommodating and kind and arranged a private tour for our family of five to a local winery. Son Grua is a gem. Don't miss it.

United KingdomThere wasn’t anything we didn’t like but it is worth noting that the approach road is a gravel one and if you had a very low car it might prove a challenge as it’s pretty bumpy. Also note that road bike tyres might have a hard time but we just put bikes in the car boot and drove to the road where you can park ok and ride on from there.
location is fabulous, views good, pool area amazing, staff all incredibly attentive when you need them and invisible when you don’t! Barely saw any other guests either except at breakfast. Like having the place to yourselves. A la carte breakfast really good, like a buffet without having to get up. Lots of options. Dinner menu interesting mix of local and other. Wine choices good with great recommendations from the waiter. Walking trails straight from the door. Dedicated bike room with tools and storage, locked at night. Very convenient for Pollença if you want a more lively dining experience. 5k walk or drive.
