The elevator was Tribble. Such big hotel with hundreds guests has only three very small elevators. So always we had to wait long for elevator and sometimes we decided to use steps. They were not also safe. No sensors on the doors and few time the door crashed us.

The shower in the room was very loud and did not work properly. The pool area is nice, but unfortunately, it was hard to enjoy it due to the lack of available sunbeds. Many guests were reserving them early in the morning with towels and leaving for hours without using them. It would be great if staff could control this unfair practice. At dinner (half board), not even still water was included free of charge, which was a bit disappointing.

Excellent location, right on the beach. The reception staff and Silvia, the Quality Manager, were amazing – very supportive, friendly, and always ready to help with all our needs. Large restaurant with a wide variety of food, suitable for all tastes and ages. Clean rooms with a beautiful sea view (although the furniture could use an update for a 4-star standard). Great entertainment program throughout the day and live shows every evening.

Pool wasn't very clean. the price of the hotel is a bit high for its quality

We loved our stay in this hotel espacially kids. It is very good place for families with kids as they have alot of entertainment for them . Breakfast and dinner was full of variaties, location is super, at a beach and near to the center. (walkab le distance)

Room was a bit small, we had the standard one but needed the extra bed because we traveled with a 5 years old. That made the room particularly small. The full board doesn't include any drink, not even water, which I was not expecting, and the All Inclusive seems a bit too much if you're not planning on getting wasted every day.

The food was exceptional, really impressed. Next to the beach, which was perfect The staff is great!

Cleaning staff not welcoming- made to feel uncomfortable with dealings. I had a medical issue and wished bed sheet to be replaced on two mornings for our week stay. She pointed at bed sheet left off bed and was not happy .. limited English.

Plug over a single bed and lamp too close too face when sleeping it was originally a double room and the put in a single bed and never moved sockets or lamps no socket should be placed directly in front where a child sleeps

The pool was a bit dirty, and the floors were quite slippery, also the grass in the pool facilities was completely ruin. The facilities in general needed an upgrade the room didn’t have Netflix or smart tv, the food was super repetitive every day and the quality wasn’t good.

The staff was amazing! Specially the animators and kids workers were truly amazing!

I don’t feel that people should not be allowed to go early to the pool and reserve chairs by setting up shop, whilst not being there for hours. Designated adult pool area would have been nice too.

Exceptional and friendly service! Many different activities to do, spa massage was great! Many food and drink choices, mainly geared towards families.

You need to be down early to get sun beds. We were half board and the food wasn’t great. Most people are all inclusive so breakfast and dinner was like a zoo.

Location was good and two pool areas. Aimed at families, I wouldn’t recommend if you don’t have a child. We were with friends that have a child so it worked but wouldn’t stay there otherwise. Location was great and the stay were very nice.

It was very crowded. Difficult to find a sun chair by any of the pools at any time and very busy at meal time. So many little kids everywhere all the time.

I don't like the interier of this hotel, very simple and big concentration of the people. This hotel is very big and full. Cheick in takes 45 min.

This hotel is good for family with children, not for couple. The restaurant looks like a huge cantyne, but food was not so bad. We asked for earlier breakfast regarding our early flying back and was function.

The hygiene in the restaurant was very poor, cutlery, tables, especially breakfast glass cups. This was the only let down! Everything else was amazing.
