The room was stunning. A full foyer (in the room), a huge bathroom with a sauna tub, a sitting room and an amazing bed raised off of the main floor.

The personell is not very friendly and helpful, we didn't managed to understand where the parking for this hotel is located and at check-out, the receptionist didn't had much patience although the lack of understanding came mainly due to his bad English. The cleanes could be a little bit better and breakfast is quite modest, including the coffee which was not very good.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful, we had 2 rooms, one of it spectacular. Location is very good, 5 mins walking to the Punto Nuevo.

Love this Hotel. It's our second visit. It has a great ambience which is very much part of any holiday...The cool and shaded interiors were very welcoming in the heat and the decor gives it a very traditional style Spanish feel - something we like very much. It's a special place, nice people.

Elegant and stylish. Everything we needed and more was available - they even had a dinky little cinema showing classic films. A shame we weren’t staying longer to make use of. Staff friendly, smiling and greeting us throughout the stay. Breakfast simply excellent. Loved it here!

I was a great location in the old town and a couple of minutes from everywhere. Hotel is very quaint and very Spanish with lots of timber and fantastic furniture/ornaments etc. they also have a private cinema to screen old B and W movies like Casablanca etc.

Nothing really, had a few guests returning late drunk that were quite loud in the corridor outside room having a very loud and long conversation that woke us up, but that is not the hotels fault and old buildings are expected not to be too sound proof. So nothing to say that we didn't like.

The hotel is situated in the quiet old town and is within easy walking distance of everything. The room was huge, with comfortable beds and plenty of space and an amazing large bathroom. Minor point the bedroom could have done with a chest of drawers. Lovely breakfast with plenty of variety from pastries to cereal to yogurts to cooked breakfasts and the staff were all very friendly and nothing was too much trouble.

Breakfast was limited. Hardly anything left despite showing up just 10 minutes into our allotted time slot. WiFi on 2nd floor was very poor, but fine in reception area.

It definitely is an old building, so there are some shortcomings - noisy air conditioning, unstable water temperature, problems with the bathroom lock. But it is all minor stuff - the hotel is fantastic.

One of my favourite hotels ever. A building from 1726, apparently little changes since. It is full of personality, yet not posh. Staff, location, room design - it just could not be better.
