Finding the place was difficult and I ended up down a cobblestone street on my motorcycle with a pillion. The hotel should put a map on their site. The easiest way is to take the first right, down the cobblestone after the last bridge, don’t cross the river.

The staff were excellent, very helpful. The room, superior, was very clean and substantial. The restaurant was very good, way beyond its cost or hotel rating. The pool was a bonus although a little chilly. Secure parking for bikes.

This is a wonderful place. We were very late in arriving and they accommodated that easily. The room was sweet and also cooled by ac. We were there in the summer. Breakfast was a very good spread of all the usual. While the building appears in character of this charming village, the inside of this hotel is brand new and light. It is clear people really care about this place.

We struggled to find the hotel as Google Maps took us through narrow, cobbled streets well away from the hotel. Eventually, we abandoned Google Maps. We were coming into town from the north. Perhaps the experience would have been better if from the south.

Getting there by car is a nightmare, barely visible signs, only accessible though a dark and narrow road (no space for two cars at the same time)… They need to fix this soon with the town council. We had dinner at the restaurant and the staff was extremely slow (2h30m to have dinner) and not very friendly. I have to admit though, that the food was delicious and they have some fine wines.

The best of the best in the area. Nice front-desk staff, facilities are brand new, nice breakfast, and just by the entrance to the Irati Forest.

The hotel is hard to find. Google maps told us to enter the city on NA140 then try some alleyways, which didn't work. We finally returned to highway NA2012 and found you had to pass the city entrance to a small, poorly marked road over the river (Labaria) then Zatalarañas to the hotel.

Nice comfortable rooms. Ours with small balcony facing the street. A quiet hotel with a very short walk into the city to find restaurants.

Wonderful place to stay, very modern and clean with nice fragrance in the air. Enjoyed a relaxing time by the pool and a peaceful night of rest.

At the time of our stay, there was no lounge area to rest outside our room, though I believe such a facility is planned.

Overall, the quality of all the facilities was excellent, including details such as positioning of power points and bathroom appointments. Staff were perfectly responsive to all our requests. The food and service in the restaurant were excellent too.

This hotel is new but blends well into the village location. It was a short 3 min walk to the centre of the village. Our room was huge, bright and spotless. The staff were very helpful The small outdoor pool was a real treat after a hot day of hiking Easy free parking outside the hotel

Everything was good, though during the night it was a bit too warm inside.

The staff was super kind and helpful, it's very well located in a very nice environment, there are a few hiking paths that start from Ochahavia. Everything was very clean and comfy.
