Had an issue with the toilet when we arrived because it wouldn't flush, but this was sorted out promptly.

The suite we had was very nice and the balcony a bonus - even though the view was not marvellous. We did try to use the pool but it was too busy - rather smaller than we had thought it would be.

Airconditioning could be stronger

Blackout curtains, pool, hot tub & sauna...gym. AC was a bit weak, a little too warm during the heatwave

The reception staff were very friendly and efficient, and check-in was quick and smooth. The café staff were also welcoming and pleasant. My room was spotless, tidy, and very comfortable, with excellent air conditioning—much appreciated in 40°C heat. The hotel is conveniently located, just a 5-minute walk from both the tram and bus stops to the city center.

The swimming pool area was really croweded and the restaurant on top floor was not worthy the price.

The room was very good and clean, the breakfast just superb. The lobby was a very plesant place to stay.

Could have been more sunbeds and some umbrellas for shade. I feel the 3 course lunch for full board would have worked better for dinner. In a four day stay, I would have expected towels to be changed after day 2.

Lunch was fabulous with full board. Rooftop pool was a lovely way to relax after a day of sightseeing. Only 15 mins in to city centre. Would recommend sangria tasting rooftop experience. Lovely views and sangria!

Although most of the stuff was friendly some department leaders were a bit rushed and hazy ! Having a conversation in English with some of the stuff could be problematic! Parking slots a bit small and we’ve paid extra for parking !

Very nice, clean hotel, within walking distance to the main tourist attractions: 15 min to Plaza de Espana, 20 min to the Palace and Cathedral! The staff was very helpful, the room was clean and spacious. We had an excellent breakfast, with plenty of choices. The hotel has a swimming pool on third floor with a lovely terrace and a very useful underground parking on site (additional charge). I would highly recommend this hotel!

Comfort , cleanliness, friendly staff ( unfortunately I don't speak spanish but staff speaks english without problem) Location , only 15 min walk from the city centre and historic sites . Close to the bus and tram station (5 min walk ) and only 4 stops to town . Good spa section ( jacuzzi and sauna on the minus 1 floor and pool ( a bit cold water ) on the 3rd floor with the nice bar on the site ) Good breakfast !

A beautiful hotel, with friendly and efficient staff. Thank you for excellent customer service. Our room was spacious and serviced every day during the earlier part of the day, allowing us to rest comfortably during the afternoons. Ordering dinner by room service, our food arrived promptly and was very good. Breakfast was a wide variety of hot food, cold meats and cheeses, cereal, fruits, pastries etc... a wonderful selection and absolutely worth it. The pool area is spacious and clean. The hotel is a comfortable short walk from the station where you can take the regular T1 line (tram) to town. The area is clean and safe to walk to the station. Be sure to visit the tourist center in town to learn about the transport card options available, which significantly changes the transportation costs. There's a supermarket cross the street from the hotel for any extras you want to pick up.

Tour operators items, like open top bus or the boat across the lake was cash only at the hotel. Other hotels offer card facilities for the items.

Nice hotel, clean tidy and friendly staff. Pool on the roof was good to cool off in the heat. 4 mins walk to the tram which will take you right into the centre of the city.
